OnSeptember12,2017,IfiledmyFOIArequest(nonumberwaseverissued),
pertainingtoFOIAOfficerintheMinistryofInteriorandothermatters(attached),
anddulypaidFOIAfees.Therequestwasfiledbyemailtotwoemailaddresses,
whichareprovidedintheMinistryofInteriorFOIAsite,andalsothroughthe
governmentpaymentinternetportal.
OnOctober22,2017,Isentareminder(attached),sinceneitherconfirmationof
receiptnortimelyFOIAresponsehadbeenreceived.
OnOctober31,2017,IreceivedafaxtransmissionfromAttorneyIrisNachmani
Shohet,DirectorofSeniorWingInternalAudit(attached).Suchtransmission
cannotbedeemedaFOIAresponseatall,anditdoesnotrepresentitselfassuch
eithertheFreedomofInformationAct(1998)isnevermentionedinthe
document.Suchtransmissionfailstoprovideacopyoftheappointmentrecordof
theMinistryofInteriorFOIAOfficer,andalsofailstoidentifyanypersonas
MinistryofInteriorFOIAOfficer.Suchtransmissionfailstoaddressanyofthe
articlesoftheFOIArequest,pertainingtorequestedrecords,andalsofailstorefer
toanyarticleofFreedomofInformationAct(1998),asthelegalfoundationforits
failuretoprovidetherequestedrecords.
OnNovember02,2017,IreceivedanemailtransmissionfromLiorShahar
(attached),DirectorofSeniorWingPolicyPlanningandFOIAOfficer.Itwas
copiedtoAttorneyMargalitLevy,TheLegalBureau.AttorneyIrisNachmani
ShohetsOctober31,2017letterwasagainattached.MrLiorShahars
transmissiondidnotchangeanythingregardingtheinvalidityofAttorneyIris
NachmaniShohetstransmission.

 OnNovember05,2017,IsenttoallinvolvedintheMinistryofInteriormy
challengesregardingtheirfailuretocomplywithprovisionsofthelaw(attached).
Noresponsehasbeenreceived.
Circumstances,whereacentralgovernmentoffice,theMinistryofInterior,engagesin
contemptoftheFreedomofInformationAct(1998),shouldbeseriouslyviewed,
especiallythatseniorofficers,includingattorneys,wereinvolvedinsuchconduct.It
shouldbealsonotedthatconductofattorneysintheStateserviceingeneral,andin
particularrelativetodisregardoftheFreedomofInformationAct(1998),were
specificallyaddressedinasubmission,whichIfiledwiththeUNHumanRights
Councilforthe2018periodicreview,titled:Incompetenceand/orcorruptionofthe
courtsandthelegalprofession,anddiscriminationinlawenforcementinIsrael.
Suchconductisparticularlytroubling,sincetheunderlyingFOIArequestpertainstoa
keyissuerelativetovalidityoftheregimeITsystemsoftheCentralElection
Committee...
