Maurtis Daniel Rudolf Lalisang

Indonesian citizen, born in Makassar, is domiciled in Jakarta (age 63).

Joined Unilever Indonesia in 1980. Appointed as President Commissioner at Extraordinary General


Meeting of Shareholders dated November 27, 2014 effective December 1, 2014. Previously, he
served as President Director of Unilever Indonesia from June 2004 to December 2014.

He held various senior positions in the Company including Director of Corporate Relations (2003-
2004), Director of Foods (2000-2003), Director of Home Care (1999-2000) and Director of Sales
(1997-1999). He holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Indonesia (1978), and
graduated from the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management
from the University of Chicago, USA, in 2001.

Mahendra Siregar

Indonesian citizen, born in Bandung, domiciled in Jakarta (age 54).

Appointed as Commissioner of Unilever Indonesia at the June 2015 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders, effective June 8, 2015. Previously served as Head of Indonesia Capital Investment
Coordinating Board (BKPM) from 2013 to 2014, where his former position was former Vice Minister
of Finance (2011- 2013) and Vice Minister of Commerce (2009-2011) and is a recipient of the
prestigious Mahaputra Star medal.

Joining the business world after more than two decades of working for the government, and
currently also the President Commissioner of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (since 2012) and President
Commissioner of Bank Mandiri (Europe) Ltd (since 2016), as well as Commissioner of PT Sequis (since
2015), PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (since 2015), and PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (since 2016). From 2009 to
2010, he served as Chairman and CEO of Indonesia Eximbank (LPEI). He also serves as a member of
the Advisory Board of the Association of Indonesian e-Commerce (idEA) and the Fintech Association
of Indonesia.

Play an active role in the academic world and appointed as Professor Adjunct at the Asia
Competitiveness Institute, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore in
2015. Recently a faculty member of the Bank Indonesia Institute, and member of the Australia-
Indonesia council Center. Bachelor degree in Development Economics from the University of
Indonesia (1986), and obtained his Master's degree in Economics from Monash University, Australia,
in 1991.

Erry Firmansyah

Indonesian citizen, born in Bandung, domiciled in Jakarta (age 61).

Appointed as Independent Commissioner of Unilever Indonesia at the Annual General Meeting of


Shareholders in July 2009 and as Chairman of the Audit Committee in May 2012.

He is currently an Independent Commissioner of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (since 2009), PT


Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (since 2012), PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (since 2013) and PT Pool
Advista Indonesia Tbk (since 2016), and as Commissioner of PT Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa (since
2009), PT Indo Premier Securities (since 2013), and PT Eagle Capital (since 2009).

His career includes other Board-level positions, including President Commissioner of PT KSEI
(Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia) (2009-2015) and PT Bloom Capital Nusantara (2010-2013);
Commissioner of PT Pefindo (2009-June 2016) and PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) (2009-
2012).

Independent Commissioner at PT Astra International Tbk (2009-2015), PT Elnusa (2010-2013) and PT


Berau Coal Energy Tbk (2010-2014); President Director of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (2002-2009) and
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (1998-2002); and Director of PT AON Indonesia (1992-1997). He
also held several senior positions with Lippo Group (1990-1998), PT Sumarno Pabottingi (1985-1990)
and PT Dwi Satya Utama (1984-1985), having started his career as Auditor in Drs. Hadi Sutanto (Price
Waterhouse Correspondent) from 1982 to 1984.

He is an active member of several organizations, serving as Chairman of KADIN GCG Committee,


Chairman of BANI Arbitrase Indonesia, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Indonesia Overseas
Alumni and as a member of BAPMI Honorary Board. Graduated from University of Indonesia in 1981
with Bachelor degree in Economics, majoring in Accounting.

Hikmahanto Juwana

Indonesian citizen, born and domiciled in Jakarta (age 51).

Appointed as Independent Commissioner of Unilever Indonesia at the Annual General Meeting of


Shareholders in June 2011. He is currently Professor of International Law at the University of
Indonesia since 2001.

Other current positions include Independent Commissioner of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (2009-
present), a member of the Risk Oversight Committee at PT Bank Panin Tbk (2012-present), Legal
Counsel at the Department of Defense (February 2010-present), member of the Legal Committee at
Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (2008-present), member of the ASEAN Dispute Resolution
Mechanism (2009-present), arbitrator at the Indonesian Commodity Arbitration Board (BAKTI)
(2010-present). Appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (2008-
2012) and PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (2013).

He previously worked for a number of Government institutions in his capacity as an advisor,


including as a member of the Finance Ministry's Tax Monitoring Committee (2010-2013), as an
International Expert Advisor at the Attorney General's Office (2013), as member of the Board of
Experts in the Department of Justice and Human Rights (2004-2005), as an advisor to the National
Development Planning Agency (2001-2002) as an expert advisor at the Coordinating Ministry for
Economic Affairs (2000-2001), as arbitrator of the Indonesian Capital Market Arbitration Agency
(BAPMI) (2013-2016).

He previously held various positions at a number of leading law firms in Jakarta. Served as Dean of
the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia (2004-2008) and taught law at some of Indonesia's leading
universities and as a visiting professor in Japan, Singapore and Australia. An independent researcher
who has published numerous books, articles and research papers on various aspects of international
law, business law, and air and space law. Graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the University of
Indonesia in 1987, and was awarded LLM from Keio University, Japan in 1992 and a PhD from the
University of Nottingham, England in 1997.

Cyrillus Harinowo

Indonesian citizen, born in Yogyakarta, is domiciled in Jakarta (age 64).

Appointed as Independent Commissioner of Unilever Indonesia at the Annual General Meeting of


Shareholders in 2004. Currently also serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Central Asia
Tbk (2003-present). From 1998 to 2003 working at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in
Washington DC as an Alternate Executive Director and Technical Assistance Advisor in the Monetary
and Exchange Affairs Department.

Previously, a 25-year career at Bank Indonesia as Head of the Department of Money Market and
Monetary Management, which was a Director-level position from 1994 to 1998. From 1988 to 1989
he served as Assistant Secretary of Commerce, and has held several other senior managerial
positions in state- government agencies and non-governmental organizations.

He currently teaches at several prominent universities in Jakarta and writes for a variety of media
publications, and often a keynote speaker at domestic and international seminars. Graduated with a
Bachelor degree in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University (1977), and holds a Master's degree in
Development Economics from the Center for Development Economics, Williams College, USA (1981),
and a PhD in Monetary and International Policy from Vanderbilt University, USA (1985).
