A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE USeP-BISLIG CAMPUS STUDENT COUNCIL

TO COLLECT SANCTIONS TO STUDENTS WHO FAILED TO PARTICIPATE TO
PREVIOUS BCSC SPEARHEADED ACTIVITIES

Whereas, the Bislig Campus Student Council being the highest governing body of the
University shall promote and develop cooperation and fellowship among students;

Whereas, the BCSC shall instill discipline on the students within its jurisdiction and shall
accordingly initiate measures relative to its policy;

Whereas, stipulated in the 2015 BCSC Constitution and By-Laws Article V Section 12, it shall
be the responsibility of the students to face sanctions in exchange for negligence of duty as
USePian, duly determined by the BCSC;

Whereas, the council had already imposed fine collection to the previous A.Y. for the gravity of
absences and tardiness of the students in all BCSC spearheaded activities which is equivalent to
Php. 25.00 per absent;

Whereas, the sanction shall be collected during the enrollment process for A.Y. 2017-2018 and
covers all the bona fide students of USeP-Bislig Campus;

Whereas, the students may also render service in the council in exchange to the accumulated
fine for the previous academic year;

Therefore be it resolved as it is hereby resolved that, the Bislig Campus Student Council shall
collect sanctions to students who failed to participate to previous BCSC spearheaded activities;

Resolved further, the BCSC shall manage the collected sanctions accordingly for the welfare
and improvement student council and that this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
approval.

Approve this _____ day of August 2017 at the University of Southeastern Philippines Bislig
Campus, Maharlika, Bislig City.
