1) Introduction Notification all members

The meeting commenced with the recitation of Surah al-Fatihah.

The Chairman welcomed all members to the meeting.
Mr. chairman hope we can meet as often as possible after this to
fulfill our KPI, 10 meetings per year.

5) Community Service A Glimpse of Happiness 2017

Bro. Sollehen reminded all committees to double up efforts to MRC

ensure the success of the program.
Bro. Wan Hafizi presented 3 quotations from t-shirt printing
vendors. All agreed to order t-shirt from Saudagar Baju with the
following specifications:
Printing type : silkprint
Fabric : cotton
Bro. Faizi explained the sponsorship bureau so far had collected
RM1000. He urged every other bureau to work together
collecting fund for the program. Bro. Sollehen added UniMAP
collected had also earned RM1000 and the money will be given
to us during the program.

6) Conclusion from Mr. Chairman
Hope all community service committees to keep the good
momentum until the program.

7) Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m. with the recitation of Surah Al-Asr
and Tasbih Kaffarah.
