Point Discussion Action


Target We decided that the principal age group will be AA 23 August
audience targeted at 30-40, because this group brought to the
company highly success.
Also, we think that it is a good idea to launch another
fragrance to an age group of 17-25. This is because
we need to expand the customer market, and give
more options.
AA will present the new idea to the board of director
next meeting.

Brand image We agreed that the brand image is very important and CC
we think that Physique is for masculine, elegant and
energetic men. CC will design the marketing campaign
for the international markets.
Name We decided not to change the name for the new LL, AA, and CC
markets, we think that it is the heart of the product and
we want that the this will be recognized over the world.
LL say that Physique is a good name because it is
striking and hard to forget.
Positioning "Physique" will be a premium fragrance, until now the AA 22 August
sales are really good and we do not need to change
this. Maybe the new product can be to a mass market,
with prices more accessible. AA will review the cost of
production and she will do a market study to set up the
prices.
Packaging We decided that the product shape will be a medium LL 23 August
high black bottle with the name in the center. It can be
screw top or spray. LL will present the options for the
packaging.
Slogan We thought on some options for the slogan like CC, LL, and AA
"Physique for the urban men
"Physique the sensual tattoo "Physique for elegant
men", but we decided that the slogan will be "What an
elegant man is looking for" -PH
