HR Transformation works with organizations to define, structure, and implement improvements to the operation
of the HR function and the overall impact, value that HR can drive to the business. Those improvements cut
across HR processes, organizational structure, enabling technologies, and the use of data & analytics to drive
business alignment, maximize organizational and HR performance, and establish a culture focused on enhancing
business value.
Professionals in the US India ConsultingHR transformation practice offer services that range from HR Strategy,
Process Improvements to Technology Implementations using cloud & on premise solutions like Oracle EBS,
PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM cloud, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Kronos and Workforce Software for large global
clients.
The SaaS support offering within HR transformation practice offers a seamless transition from implementation to
on-going support and maintenance utilizing robust methods, tools, and accelerators for the cloud solutions like
Workday, Oracle HCM cloud, SuccessFactors, Kronos and other relevant HR cloud packages. The SaaS support
practitioners deliver functional and technical capabilities across a global platform to continuously deliver on
client specific business objectives. The practice focuses on driving down costs, improving quality, and
accelerating value in every aspect of the support and maintenance services it provides.

Key Job Responsibilities:


Delivery of specific offerings in Human Capital HR Transformation Consulting
Understand Business Requirements and Needs
Support technical/functional/process document creation and maintain an effective library.
Build, test and deliver solutions.
Support application design.
Responsible for technical specification creation.
Responsible for Code development & Unit Testing
Responsible for Test Data Creation & Test scripts creation and execution
Support infrastructure building activities
Adhere to defined processes and tools while performing day-to-day operations
Be deadline-oriented and quality focused
Strong verbal and written communication skills./Effective interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
Demonstrate professionalism
Good presentation skills
Good general understanding of information technology (IT)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good analytical skills
