3. Is it possible to go for a selected set of topics from the above

courses?

Yes. Each course is developed as a congregation of several modules and it is

possible for one to sit through just one or more of these modules.

It is however suggested that a candidate chooses a module after making

sure that he/she has gone through the prerequisites. Where there is a
prerequisite, the candidate opting for a module might be asked to take a
screening test.

a. For Advanced Wireless Communications course, it is considered an

advantage if the candidate has a minimal understanding of electronics.
There have also been instances when candidates with no technical
background have taken the course out of their personal interest in
understanding the technology and have found the course carry them a
long way in their career.

 So one could be a Diploma holder, or a technician, or posses a Bachelor’s
degree in engineering with electronics/communication/electrical for taking
a course in advanced wireless communication

b. For any course that involves programming, the candidate is

expected to have a flair for programming and ideally posses a Bachelor’s
or Master’s in any one or more of the following disciplines:
i. Electronics
ii. Communication
iii. Computer Science
iv. Information Technology
c. For a candidate opting for specific modules, in addition to the
educational background, understanding of certain other technologies (a
prerequisite) might be required.

Lorion is having operations in Hyderabad in India. We do not have any

branches elsewhere. All the trainings are handled in Hyderabad only. For
