Nationally Registered paramedic with pre-hospital, hospital, and military/combat experience.

Responsible for selecting and implementing the proper medical care for a wide variety of
medical emergencies, including but not limited to: cardiac, OB/GYN, respiratory emergencies
and traumatic injuries.
Provide direct and immediate oversight of EMT partner during shifts to ensure that safe and
correct patient care is provided.
EMT Full time (48 hrs./wk.) Jul. 2002 - May 2003, Oct. 2009 - May 2012
Responsible for the proper operation of ambulance during emergency and non-emergency
responses.
Duties included: assisting paramedic with proper patient treatment, proper use of emergency
medical equipment and emergency radio operations.

Awarded the Silver Starthe U.S. Armys third highest award for valorfor conspicuous
gallantry and providing lifesaving care under direct enemy fire. Other awards include Bronze
Star w/Valor, Humanitarian Service Award, Purple Heart and the Combat Medic Badge.
