IN-FLIGHT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Cebupacific flight 5J587 bound for

Cagayan de Oro and we are ready to depart Ninoy Aquino International
Airport. In command of this flight is Capt. Maestre with 1st Officer Taban. Our
expected time of arrival at Laguindingan Airport with traffic permitting is 15
minutes pass the hour of 9 this morning. Im __________ your head crew. For the
moment please direct your attention to the flight crew nearest you as we show
to you the safety features of this aircraft.

1. Each seat is provided with a seat belt to fasten it, push end together tighten
seat belts by pulling loose end. To unfasten lift up buckle and pull to release its
loose.

2.In an event of water landing, your individual life vest is found under your seat,
remove sharp objects from your body to don, slip vest over the head, take tape
around the waist and push end to buckle, pull the tape to tighten,

3. When outside the aircraft your inflation vest will inflate fit, manual inflation
tubes are found in both side blow to increase air, push pins inwards to release
air,

4. Lights will automatically illuminate once the battery is immersed in water.

5. Do not inflate the vest inside the aircraft. Please be reminded that an
unauthorized removal of life vest in the aircraft is a criminal offense.

6. The cabin is pressurized. Should there be rapid change in cabin pressure.

Oxygen mask will automatically drop from the compartments from you. When
this happen immediately grab the mask put towards you. Put it over your nose
and mouth then breathe normally.

7. If you are traveling with a child, first put on your own mask, and then the
child's mask. Keep mask on until you're advised to remove it.

8. Please take note of the emergency exits on along each side of the cabin and
the exits nearest you.

9. For further information please refer to the safety instruction card found in the
seat pocket in front of you.

11. For your information there are slide raps in this aircraft, this aircraft is
equipped with an escape-pass lighting system in case of emergency
evacuation the lights will illuminate leading you to the exits.

12. We shall be taking off shortly so please straighten up your seats make sure
your seat belts are securely fasten, window shades open, and your tray table
stow up.
