The best thing that Engineer de Guzman can do is to attend some seminars that will
gain his experiences in recruiting some employees that would fit the positions in the
company. In this way, he can explore his ideas about choosing the right people that can
help him or the company to be successful. Moreover, he can communicate to other people
what are the things that he would do or considered about choosing the right person.
V. COMMENTS
Based on the story situation, poor communication may lead to a problem. Engineer
de Guzman is lack of communication with his top management so that he was not able to
notice the numbers and positions needed in the newly built company. In this way, he does
not have any idea about the number of employees he would recruit. In addition, he is also
lack of trainings in recruiting employees so that, he did not know who are the people he
