A) Read the story.
Jane is a cook at a restaurant in Arlington, North Dakota. She likes to cook. She
cook hamburgers and prepares French fries. She will go to school next year and
learn how to be a chef. She wants to make special meals and work in an
expensive restaurant. Right now, she works in the afternoon. In the future, she
will work at night. Jane has many goals. Today she studies English and wants a
high school diploma, but next year she will have a high school diploma and a
new job. Jane will study and prepare for class every day.
