A. The nature of the nonprofit organization (NPO) has resulted in it facing unique but more
complex problems as compared to those faced by its for-profit counterparts.

B. The 3 most common governance problems or challenges being faced by NPOs are the those
regarding Leadership, Funding, and Multiple Accountabilities to different Stakeholders.

C. A number of studies and literature have provided for prospective solutions to the
governance challenges in the NPO sector, including the above-mentioned 3 most common
ones. However, a closer scrutiny of these materials or literature imply that there is no hard-
and-fast rule or silver bullet method in answering the challenges. An NPO must then take
into account the different and unique circumstances surrounding its organization before
