Learning Outcome (ADEC code and words):
The student will be able to count from 1-20
Student will be able to write number 4
Area of development:
Physical development: FSP5 Demonstrates fine motor control and co-ordination.
Creative Development: explore colour, texture, shape, form and space in two and three
dimensions. (Prever)
Mathematical Development: shapes, numbers, count.
Differentiation:
1. Independently
2. Supported as necessary

Ask the student to count from 1-20 together with showing them the flashcard with all
numbers from 1 20
Then apply for them the numbers song (1-20 song) and they will dance and song with the
song.
The movement they will do (clapping, jumping)
I will show the students the flashcards numbers. And ask the students how many things they
can see in the flashcard (for example 4 apples)
Then I will ask the students to come and draw things like 2 apples or 4 stars and then they
have to write the number under what they draw and for the low-level students I just will let
them to draw and try to write the number if they know.

Then I will ask the students by names to sit in the tables for example Student A and B they
cant hold the pencil so, I will let them to sit in the playdough centre to develop their fine
motor skills.
And the high-level students I will put them in the books activity canter because it is the

This group will give playdough and they should make the number 4 with it.
I will show them an example how to make the number 4 by playdough then I will let them make it
by themselves.

Area of development: physical development and mathematical development

Independent Experience (colouring) medium-level students

The student will have a paper with 5 flowers and they have to colour only 4 flowers only
Time: 15 min
Small

Then, they have to write number 4 under the flowers they coloured.
The number will be trace and the student have to follow the dots.

Area of development; physical and creative development and mathematical

Independent Experience (books) high-level students

I will explain for the student what they have to write and what should they do then I will let them do
the activity by themselves.
They have to trace and then write number 4 by themselves.

Area of development: mathematical and physical development

Closing
Time: 15 min

For the closing, the students will back to the circle area, and I will ask them about what they learned
the lesson
Whole

For example: what number we take today?

Can anyone tell me how to write the number 4?
Can you write the number four in the air?
