It will be a hypothetical project. The location will preferably be within a
metropolitan city- within a cosmopolitan development which can be driving factor to shape the architectural response of the built form. The idea is to develop it as self sustaining in the aspect of its need for energy, water and even waste management needs etc.
It will probably be a mixture of different class & categories of villas/apartments
which will, but obviously, be in line with the architectural comfort of community existence along with the basics of ventilation and light. But the focus of the project will be in integrated this with a network of services which are self sustaining and require no assistance apart from what is available at site to the maximum practical extent.
