ancestors,sincetheycametothiscountry,havebeengovernmentpeople.Wehaveservedin
themilitary,wehavebeenpatriots,wehavefoughtinallthewars,wecareaboutthiscountry
andbelieveintheconstitutionoftheUnitedStates.Weknow,asmanypeopledontknow,that
theConstitutionoftheUnitedStatesofAmericaIStheUnitedStatesofAmerica!Andthatswhy
wevealwaysbeenready...todothethingsneeded...topreserveandprotectit.

WhenIlefthomeIwentintotheAirForce,theStrategicAirCommand.AsachildIdheard
storiesfrommyfatherandpilots,otherpilots,myfatherwasapilot,aboutFooFighters,UFOs,
strangecraftthatwerenotmadeonthisEarth.Andasakid,youhearthatinpassing,andits
neat,andyougiggleaboutit,andyougooutandplaySpaceMan,andyouforgetit.

WhenIwasintheAirForceImetmenwhohadparticipatedinaliencrashedcraftrecoveries.
Nowthisintriguedmeitinterestedme,butitwasusuallyafterquiteafewbottlesofbeerthat
thesestorieswouldcomeout,andsometimesthenextmorningIcouldntrememberwhatthe
hecktheguysaid.

WhenIlefttheAirForceIwentintotheNavy,andthisiswhereeverythingbegantohappenfor
me.Ihadoriginallyintendedtojustgofromservicetoserviceanddosomethingthatveryfew
peoplehaveeverdonebefore.Iwasaveryadventurous,verycrazy...youngman,andIthought
thatthatwouldbeaprettyexcitinglife.Ivolunteeredforsubmarines,andwhileonthe
submarine,U.S.S.Tyroot,SS416,onatransitbetweenthePortland/SeattleareaandPearl
Harbor,whichwasourhomeportthePearlHarborsubbase,astheportlookoutIsawacraft,
saucershaped,thesizeofaMidwayclasscarrier,aircraftcarrier,forthoseofyouwhodont
knowhowbigthatisitshuge,comeupoutofthewaterapproximately2nauticalmilesoffthe
portbow,whichisabout45degreestotheleftofthepointyendofthesubmarine.Ittumbled
slowlyonitsownaxis,andwentupintotheclouds.Itappearedtobemovingslowlytomeata
distanceof2nauticalmilesbut,inrealityitwasmovingprettyfastbecauseitcameupoutof
thewater,didafewtumblesanditwasgone!

Ithenreportedittotheofficerofthedeck.IdidnttellhimwhatitwasthatIsawbecausemy
DaddydidntraisenofoolsandincasenobodyelsesawitIdidntwanttobetheonlylooney
onboardtheship.SoIaskedtheofficerofthedecktohelpmecoverthatarea,andhedid,which
iscommonforofficersandlookoutstohelpeachotherwhileonbridgewatchbecausetheyall
hangtogetherifsomethingbadhappens.Afterafewsecondsofwatching,thesamecraft,or
anothercraftexactlylikeit,camedownoutoftheclouds,tumbledagainonitsownaxis,and
wentintothewater.EnsignBall,whowastheofficerofthedeck,wasliterallyshocked!What
couldIsay?

SeamanDejeralimo,whowasthestarboardlookout,hadalsowitnessedthis,andensignBall
calledthecaptaintothebridgewhowasfollowedbythechiefquartermasterwhobroughta
35mmcamera,andwewatchedforbetween7and10minutesthesamecraft,ordifferentcraft
thatlookedexactlyalike,enterandleavethewater.Itwasanincredibleshow.Idontknowif
theyknewwewerethere,oriftheyevencared,butthecraftdidnotglow,theyweremetal,they
weremachineswithoutadoubt,theywereobviouslyintelligentlyguided,theywereHUGE,and
havingbeenintheAirForceandtheNavyandknowingwhatittakes,Iknewwithoutadoubt,
andknowittoday,thatthatmachinewasnotmadeonthefaceofthisEarth.Becausetheres
nothingthatmancanmake,thatcanflythroughtheairataspeedlikethat,tumbleonitsown
axis,andenterthewaterandeffectivelyflybeneaththesea.

Ifyouveeverbeenaboardanairplaneandthengoneaboardasubmarine.....Iknowtheres
probablysomeofyouinthisroomwhohavevisitedasubmarineatonetimeoranother.....you
canreadilyseejust.....withoutevenanyofthetechnicalitiesinvolved.....howdifficultsuchathing
wouldbetodo.Wherewoulditbebuiltthatsize?Itwasabsolutelyincredible.Itchangedmylife
becausethenallthestoriesthatIdheardallmylifeIknewweretrue,andIbeganseeingthe
worldinadifferentlight.

ItwasntlongafterthatIwastrainedbyNavalsecurityinintelligence.IwassenttoVietNam.I
wasassignedasapatrolboatcaptain,firstinDaNangharbor,givenacrewandamultimillion
dollarpatrolboat.Myjobwastogatherintelligencefromthepeoplewholivedaroundtheharbor
andthefishermenwhotransitedtheharbor,andmaintainthesafetyandsecurityoftheharbor
andtheshipping.Afterabout5monthsIwassentupNorthtotheDMZ,toaplacecalledQua
Vieaf[sp],ontheTacan[sp]river.Ourbasecampwasattherivermouth.Wewereonly3miles
SouthoftheNorthVietnameseborderandourjobwastopatroltheTacanriverfromtheriver
mouthtoDongHa,andthenuptheQuangTricutofftoQuangTricity,againtogettoknowthe
peopleonthebank,gatherintelligence,andtopatroleverynightandmaintainthesafetyand
securityoftheriverandtherivertraffic.

ItwaswhiletherethatIdiscoveredthattherewasatremendousamountofUFOandalien
activityinVietNam.Itwasalwaysreportedinofficialmessagesasenemyhelicopters.Now
anyofyouwhoknowanythingabouttheVietNamwarknowthattheNorthVietnamesedidnot
haveanyhelicopters...especiallyafterourfirstcoupleofairraidsintoNorthVietNam.Evenif
theyhadtheywouldnothavebeensofoolishastobringthemovertheDMZbecausethatwould
haveinsuredtheirdemise.Ourtroopswerefiredonoccasionallybytheseenemyhelicopters
enemytroopswerefiredonoccasionallybytheseenemyhelicopters,andoccasionallypeople
woulddisappear.AndononeinstancethatIknowforsureatleastoneentirevillagedisappeared
onenightduetoalienactivity.Thereasontheyusedthetermenemyhelicoptersinmessages
anddispatcheswasthatinVietNamyoucouldbeoverrunatanytime,nomatterwhereyou
were.WedidnotbringcryptoencodingequipmentintoVietNam.Imtalkingaboutthe
machinery.Whatwedidiswehadcryptotables,andonceevery24hoursthosecodeswouldbe
nogood.Sothatswhatweused.Also,becauseoftheinabilitytousecryptotransmitting
equipment,wehadtodevisecodewordssuchasenemyhelicopters.

WhenIleftVietNamIwaseventuallyattachedtotheheadquartersstaffoftheCommanderin
ChiefoftheUnitedStatesPacificFleetatMacalappa,[sp]Hawaii,whichisalittlehill
overlookingPearlHarbor.Itsabeautifulwhitebuildingupthere,andIwasspecificallyattached
totheIntelligenceBriefingTeamoftheCommanderinChiefoftheUnitedStatesPacific
Fleet.

Itwasduringthistourofdutythat,inthecourseofmyduties,documentswereplacedinmy
handsthatweresounbelievableandsoincrediblethatittookmequiteawhiletoadjusttothe
factthatwhatIwasseeingwasreal.NowforthoseofyouwhodontunderstandhowIcould
cometoseethisinformationletmegiveyoualittleshortcourseinsecurityclearanceandthe
needtoknowandhowyougettoseeclassifiedinformationifyoureinthemilitaryorinthe
government,itdoesntmatterwhich,therulesarethesame.

NumberOne:youneedasecurityclearance,andyouvegottohaveclearanceatthelevelthat
theinformationyouwanttoseeisclassifiedat.InthisinstanceitwasclassifiedTopSecret,
Magic,RestrictedInformation,whichIcametofindoutlateristhehighestsecurity
classificationinthenation.Togetthattypeofclearance,allyouhavetohaveisaFederal
BureauofInvestigationbackgroundcheck,whichtakesaboutsixmonthsandtheysend
federalagentstoyourhome,toyouroldschools,toallyourteachers,toyourfriends,to
everybodyyouputdownonyoursecurityclearanceforms,toallyouroldaddresses,your
neighbors,everybodythatyouveworkedfor,anditsembarrassingbecausetheydonttellthem
whattheyrecheckingon.Theyjustshowthemtheiridentificationandstartaskingquestionsand
thatswhenyoufindoutwhosyourfriendandwhosnot,becausealotofpeoplegetscaredand
think,BillmustvejustrobbedabankandImnottalkintohimanymore.

atthatpoint,youhavetheclearanceforeverythingincludingTopSecretandabove.What
determineswhatyougettoseeisyourneedtoknow,andthejobthatyouhavedetermines
whatyourneedtoknowis.

IwasassignedtotheIntelligenceBriefingTeamoftheCommanderinChiefoftheUnitedStates
PacificFleet,whohadtoknoweverythingconcerninghisareaofoperationswhichwasonehalf
oftheEarthssurfacetheIndianocean,thePacificocean,andallthelandmassesinbetween.
Believeitornot,ifweevergotowar,itstheUnitedStatesNavythatstrikesthefirstblowand
attemptstokeeptheenemyatbaywhilewecangetourselvestogether,atleasthistorically.
Nuclearweaponshavekindofdoneawaywiththatconcept,butmilitarycommandersliketotalk
aboutitanyway.

Becauseofthis,youhavenoconceptionoftheamountofmaterialandinformationthatanarea
commanderhastoknow.Itsunbelievable,andhehastokeeptrackofthis,hehastokeepon
topofit.Hehastoknowwhatshappening,hehastomaketherightdecisions.Becauseits
almosthumanlyimpossibleforanyonetodothat,theyhavewhatscalledabriefingteam,and
itsourjobtomakesurethathehasthecorrectinformation,allthetime,ona24hourbasis.And
everymorning,between8and9AM,wewouldgiveabriefingwhichcoveredeverythingthat
happenedintheprevious24hours,andeverythingscheduledtohappeninthenext24hours,
andallthepertinentintelligencereportsthatwehadreceivedsincethelastbriefingthathe
neededtoknowandthathisstaffmembersneededtoknow.Occasionallywewouldget
messagesmarkedTopSecret,Magic,RestrictedInformation,anditwouldbecodedinsucha
waythatallyouhadwereanswerstoquestionswhichyoudidntnowwhatthequestionswereso
youreallydidntknowwhatthemessagewasallabout.

ButeventuallyIfoundmyselfinpossession,holdingtwodocumentsonecalledProject
Grudge,anotheronecalledOperationMajority.ProjectGrudgecontainedthehistoryof
alieninvolvementsincearound1936,anditbegantalkingaboutGermanysinvolvementwith
acrasheddiskthattheyhadrecoveredin1936andwereattemptingtoduplicatethe
technology.TheywerenotsuccessfuldespitewhatalltheseNazihunterswanttotellyou.Ifthey
hadbeensuccessful,wewouldnothavewonthewar,becauseyoucannotbeatthoseweapons!
Youcannotoutflythosecraft!Youcanteventhinkaboutitwithconventionalaircraft.If
Germanyhadbeensuccessful,wewouldnowhaveaGermanflagupinfrontofthispodium.

Theydidmakesomeheadway.WhenwewentintoPenemunde,wecaptureddocuments,we
gotsomescientists[and]wegotsomehardware.TheRussiansalsogotsomedocuments,some
scientistsandsomehardware.Itwasntuntil1947thatwewereabletocaptureacraft,awhole
craft,notalltogetherbutitwaseverything.ThatoccurrednearthecityofRoswell,NewMexico.
Thereweredeadaliensrecoveredfromthecraft.InProjectGrudgeIsawphotographsofthese
deadaliens[and]ofthecraft.Isawphotographsoflivealiens.Isawphotographsof
autopsies.....ofinternalorgans,IsawphotographsofthealiendesignatedE.B.[orEbe]who
washeldincaptivityfrom1949untilJunethe2nd,1952whenhedied.Isawthehistoryofwhat
theyhadbeenabletoputtogether[atthattime],fromincidentsinthe1800swhichinvolved
aliensandtheircraft.

Isawthenamesofprojects.Isawaprojectthatwastoflyrecoveredaliencraftthathadbeen
recoveredintactandundamaged,andsomeofthemwererecoveredintactandundamaged,and
howthathappenedIhavenoidea.ItwascalledProjectRedlight,andwasfirstconductedfrom
theTonopahTestRangeintheNevadaTestSiteandthenwasmovedtoaspeciallybuiltarea,
orderedbuiltbyPresidentEisenhower,calledArea51,codenamedDreamland,inthe
Groom[sp]drylakeareaoftheNevadaTestSite,bysecretexecutiveorder.Itdoesntexist
officially.Ifyouaskanyone,orifyouwriteletterstothegovernment,theywilltellyouitdoesnt
exist.However,ifyougooutthereatseveralplacesandseeit,flyoutsidetheboundariesand
lookdownandseeit,youknowitsthere,butaccordingtothegovernmentitdoesntexist.

Theprojecttotestflythesecraftwasongoinguntilsometimein1962whenacraftblewupnot
farfromthetestsight,intheair,andtheexplosionwasseenoverathreestatearea.Thepilots
werekilled.They[thegovernment]hadnoideawhathadhappenedorwhythecraftblewup,but
theyputProjectRedlightonholduntilalaterdatewhenthealienssupplieduswith3craftand

evenelsewhere,areflownbyUnitedStatespersonnel.

Thatmaycomeasashocktoyou.Wehavetechnologywaybeyondthelimitsofwhatwehave
beentold.AlotofourdevelopmenttechnologicallysincetheendofWorldWarIIhasbeendue
totheexchangeoftechnologywhichoccursintheareacalledArea51onaregularbasis
...ongoing.

WhenJamesOberth[ProfessorOberth]retired,manyofyoudontknowwhoheis.....nottoo
manyspacepeopleinhere.ProfessorOberthwasprobablyoneofthegreatestrocket
scientistsandspacecommentiststhateverlived.Whenheretired,thegovernmentgavehima
specialaward.Therewasapressconference,allkindsofceremony,andwhenhegotupto
speakhesaid,Gentlemen,{andIquoteprofessorOberth}hesaid,Gentlemen,wecannottake
creditforallthetechnologicaldevelopmentsthatwehavehadinthelastdecade.Wehavehad
help,andthatswherehestopped.

Oneofthereportersraisedhishandandsaid,

RearAdmiralandaretreatedassuchonanymilitaryinstallationorinanygovernmentoffice.
Thereare6NobelPrizewinnersonthatlist!Theyaretheeliteoftheeliteofthescientificworld.
Theyaretheonlyoneswhoreallyknowthetruthaboutthetechnologytodayandaboutthereal
scienceofphysicsbecausethesciencethatwerebeingtaughtallthetime......well,ifyousend

tellingyoutonighttheyrereal.ThosearesomeofthesamedocumentsthatIsawinProject
Grudgebackbetween1970&1973,andwherewehavewonderedbefore,nowweknowthat
WhitleyStreeperISworkingforthegovernment.Wehadasuspicionanywaybecauseinthe
frontofhisbookhestatesthathegotinformationandwashelpedbytheresearchteamof
Moore,Shanderey,andFriedman.WilliamMoorehaspubliclyadmittedonJulythe1stthathe
isanagentoftheUnitedStatesGovernment,andweknowthattheothersare,too.

Thisisgonnacomeout,andthereasontheyredoingitthewaytheyredoingitistheyknow
eventuallyyouregonnafindoutthatitsalltrueandreal.Theyredesensitizingyousothatyoure
notshocked...sothattheresnocollapseofsocietyasweknowit.....sothatthereligious
structuredoesntfalltopieces...sothatthestockmarketdoesntgocrazy,becausethesewere
theiroriginalfears.Now,theresnothingwecandoaboutthelastonebecauseitsalready
happened.Therewillbeasegmentofthepopulationthatworshipsthealiens,eventhough
theyrenodifferentthanus.....theyrejustfromsomewhereelse,andtheymaylookalittle
different.Theyarenotgods.Buttherearealreadypeopleworshipingthealiensandthey
predictedthiswouldhappenwhentheyslappedthesecretstampalloverallthisstuff.

one,whentheydecidedtokeepitsecrettheyneededtofinanceit,theycouldnttellthepublicso
theycouldnttellCongress.Theydecidedtofinanceitwiththeimportationandsaleofdrugs.
NowinthedocumentsthatIread,inOperationMajority,itspecificallystatedthatwhenGeorge
BushwasthepresidentandCEOofZapata[sp]Oil,he,inconjunctionwiththeCIA,organized
thefirstlargescaledrugimportationintothiscountryfromSouthandCentralAmericabyfishing
boattotheoffshoreoilplatformsofZapataOilandthenfromthereintothebeach,thus
bypassingallCustomsinspectionsandlawenforcementinspectionsofanykind.Theyarestill
bringingindrugs,toalimitedextent,inthismanner.

AnothermannerisbyCIAcontractaircraftwhich,oneoftheirbasesoflandingisHomestead
AirForceBaseinFlorida.Wehaveaffidavitsfromaircontrollerswhohavevectoredtheplanes
inwhohavemadesurethattheyrenotinterferedwithinanyway.Wehaveaffidavitsfrom
personnelatHomesteadAirForceBasewhosaytheplaneshavebeenmetbyZebBush,
whosGeorgeBushsson.WehaveaffidavitsfrompeoplewhoworkintheGulfofMexico,inthe
offshoreoilbusiness,whosayyesindeed,thedrugsarecomingin,atleastsomeofthem,from
theoffshoreoilplatforms.

Now,thatsoneofthethingsthatswrong.Thenextthingthatswrongis,tokeepthesecret,
theykilledalotofpeoplewhotriedtoleakitout.AndifIhadntdoneitthewaythatIdidit,you
wouldntbeseeingmeanywherestandingorwalkingonthisEarthnow.TheykilledPresident
Kennedyandduringtheworkshop,forthoseofyouhaventseenthetape,Iwillshowyou,on
thetape,whoshotthePresidentandwhy.Between70and73,inOperationMajorityitstated
verbatimthatPresidentKennedyorderedMJ12toceasetheimportationandsaleofdrugsto
theAmericanpeople,thatheorderedthemtoimplementaplantorevealthepresenceofaliens
totheAmericanpeoplewithinthefollowingyear.

HisassassinationwasorderedbythepolicycommitteeoftheBilderbergers.MJ12
implementedtheplanandcarrieditoutinDallas.ItinvolvedagentsoftheCIA,Division5ofthe
