Abstract

Fluid communication and transport systems are very common in industrial activities. It is also
necessary to know the behavior of the fluids and their measurements, on the other hand
pressure changes that can be caused by elements such as accessories. Therefore, the present
report details each of the calculations necessary to explain the behavior of the fluid through
the pipe in addition to the discharge coefficient (K), the analysis was performed with different
meters such as the Venutiri meter , orifice plate meter, rotameter and weir. As a result, the
exponential distribution of the values of the flow with respect to the height.
