 INTROUCTION

There are many theories today and a lot of books that have been written about where the
continent of Mu was located and who were its inhabitants. One of the theories for
example is by Colonel James Churchward. He states that the Continent of Mu was
located in the Pacific Ocean, extending from the Marianas to Easter Island and from
Hawaii to Mangaia. He also stated in his works that at the time of Mu's destruction,
about 12,000 years ago, Mu had 64,000,000 inhabitants.

Churchward claimed that while he was a soldier in India, he befriended a high priest in
the Temples of India, who showed him a set of ancient clay tablets. According to him
there were only two other people in India who could read this ancient language and that
he, himself had mastered the language and was able to translate the tablets. Churchward
states that from his translations of this ancient script, the human race originated on the
Island of Mu.

Churchward wrote a series of books on Mu. He wrote Lost Continent of Mu, the
Motherland of Man in 1926. Then he re- edited the book in 1931 and called it The
Lost Continent Mu. He also wrote The Children of Mu, in 1931 and the Sacred
Symbols of Mu in 1933.

On the other hand a British writer and journalist named Graham Hancock asserts that the
destruction of Mu occurred around 10,000 B.C., whereas the author James Bramwell
explored a more scientific approach and William Scott-Elliott an amateur anthropologist
both claimed that the cataclysmic events began 800,000 years ago and went on until the
last catastrophe which transpired around 9564 B.C ( Referenced: Wikipedia, the free
encyclopedia)

All that has been written about Mu is very interesting and I don't dispute others theories
or what they have written. This book is NOT based on ancient deciphered clay tablets,
NOT on any archaeological research, NOT on any gathered referenced research material
from books or internet material that has been written by others, and definately NOT the
result of any new age channeling. Let me make this very clear that this book is solely
based on the awakened spiritual memories of my subconscious mind's recall of my first
earthly homeland of MU.
These memories have been locked away deep in the recesses of my spirit or soul
consciousness which ever you want to call it, throughout all of my past lives here on
earth in a fleshy body, stifled by the strong enforced regressive programing in each of
my incarnations that were ruled by fear.

There is a great difference between what one obtains from outside sources, than what
one is able to retrieve from their own spirit's mind as you will understand as you read
my story. It doesn't matter if you believe what I write or not, what does matter is I have
created through these pages a wonderful journey that I ask you to experience with me as
you visualize with me a path that leads to a past that many will only get to dream about.
As you turn each page I can only hope you are able to envision an enchanting and
extraordinary feeling of enlightenment as you take this trip into the past about a long
forgotten place called MU.

 CHAPTER ONE
My Inspiration

Let me introduce myself. My spiritual as well as my pen name is Rainbow Warrior

Mariah. I have recently become a member of the Mustard Seed Medicine Council. A
group of people who have joined together to help raise the energy of our planet for
healing. I am on my path now to become a true medicine warrior, so I can help others.
This book is just one of the ways I feel I can be of help.
In order for me to begin my story, I first must explain how my memories of the past
began to open up for me.
I became interested and a serious member of several different holistic social network
groups on the Internet. It was a strong desire within me that needed to connect with
other spiritual people, that lead me to become fascinated with crystal skulls. I found
myself even buying several crystal skulls of different types and sizes. This strong
fascination for holistic information led me to want to help promote this one crystal skull
site that I had become a member of.
While sending out invites to people who were on another site that I was a member of, I
met Mother Crooked Arrow, late in the fall of 2007. I realized we were already members
together in many other network groups, so meeting her was not a coincidence. I soon
became a correspondent friend of hers. As we connected through messages on the site I
became intrigued by the energy of this older woman, as it came strongly through the
way she answered her messages. I really felt the need to have her as a close friend, while
also feeling I needed her approval on things, but not really having any clue as to why I
desired it.
Little did I know that this strong desire for her approval steamed from the fact that she
was my mother on the island of Mu. Her distancing herself in the beginning was her
way of watching over me and trying to protect me. My dear reader that is another story
that some day I may write about but for now I will continue how I was inspired to write
this story.
After a stay in the hospital, yet still confronted with very challenging problems, I asked
her for her help, knowing that she was a medicine warrior and spiritual healer. I felt that
she was the one person who could help me. Some time later she invited me to join a
group on another social site called The 102 Children of Mu.
Once a member of this new group, not only did I find out that I was one of her children
from Mu, but also that I had all of these wonderful spiritual brothers and sisters in this
group who accepted me as family. Once I learned this and accepted this connection she
explained why she had kept her distance and was just observing me from a far, as to how
I was spiritually developing.
When she truly knew I needed her help with things that I alone could not handle, she
came forward right away, just as any mother would do. This is when our friendship
started to get close and it has become a very strong bond ever since.
As our friendship grew from year to year, we both realized that we were very similar in
so many ways. Yes, while time passed more and more synchronicities, similarities and
even some of our ideas of thinking were exactly alike.
We both shared a mutual love for humanity and all of life on the planet and we have a
great desire to help awaken others while helping to heal Mother Earth. Children, the
elderly and animals hold a special place in both our hearts and we will go out of our way
to help protect them.
Mother Crooked Arrow will be the first to tell you she is not a teacher and that the only
true teacher is found within. She has an encouraging way of just shaking up what is
hidden deep inside you so you find your own way and answer your own questions.
To me she is a medicine warrior and I am one in the making, as I have yet to fully
awaken all of my spiritual and healing abilities. With her constant encouragement, I am
steadily working on it and will not give up until I am a true medicine warrior in the
service of the Creator.
As more of Mother Crooked Arrow's children of Mu were welcomed into the group, she
told all of us that we would someday remember our lives on Mu. One day she posted in
the group a short glimpse into her last days on Mu, letting each of us know what our
ages were at that time. Her brief account of her last days explained how some of us were
so quick to become friends with each other, as she revealed that some of us were twins
and sets of triplets.
She explained to me that she was hoping her short tale would awaken one or more of her
Mu children to write their own story of life on our forgotten Continent. As far as I am
aware of, my story will be the first of the 102 children of Mu that will be shared with the
world and I hope that it will help inspire my siblings to write their own memories of our
homeland.
As I shared my concerns about present day issues, Mother Crooked Arrow sensed the
stress building in me, so she told me to draw or paint. She explained how creativity
helps bring our minds into a balanced state that allows our spirit to unlock the
information we have stored in our soul's consciousness. The more I drew glimpses of
Mu began surfacing in my art work as I used pastels to paint my pictures. The more she
encouraged me to continue painting the more my memories of Mu began surfacing
without me really being aware of it.
When I began emailing her my paintings to look at, she immediately recognized Mu as
she remembered it. After this Mother Crooked Arrow decided to create a doll that she
hoped would inspire me to remember more of Mu and also help her other spiritual
children to recall life on Mu.
Once she created the doll and emailed me the photo of it, I felt the need to acquire the
very first of this series of dolls, called the Lemurian Elders. Immediately as soon as the
doll arrived, I noticed changes as the positive love and healing energies that it was
created with began pouring out towards me. This unusual doll created from unusual
materials triggered more memories of my Lemurian past life. I then felt that I needed to
obtain a larger costume made doll that would represent me as I once was on Mu.
After more than a month of steady work to create this special doll I ordered, Mother
Crooked Arrow finally told me it was on its way. When it arrived I instantly felt the
powerful energies of healing pouring out of the box as I opened it and saw Anele Ca Lu
which was my name on Mu. I remembering being a second generation Lemurian who
was also a great healer and who studied the old ways of combining light and minerals to
heal especially animals who were injured by the Atlanteans. The doll made my home
feel calm as I found a special spot for it to sit.
With Mother Crooked Arrow's constant encouragement and meditating with my
Lemurian dolls, I was able to express more of my memories of Mu in my paintings until
the day I was inspired to begin writing this story. As you follow my journey through
these pages of the past I hope my book inspires you to awaken to your own memories of
your soul's experience, as I continue to remember Who I Am.
 Chapter Two
Remembering The Beginning

More than 20,000 years ago many different species of extraterrestrial beings traveled
from star system to star system. Most of these creatures became frequent visitors to
planet earth. During that time in the history of the planet, the earth and other planets in
our galaxy were like resorts for interstellar visitors. They were something like what was
seen in the motion picture series called Deep Space 9 part of the Star Trek adventures.
This is the best comparison I can give to help you envision what it was like in the past.
Some of these space creatures were gentle beings, some were very aggressive, others
loved to rule and control lesser species, while others were raiders who robbed planets of
their natural supply of minerals.
As more and more beings came to explore earth among them came a group of light
beings who landed their ships on the large island in the Atlantic ocean now referred to as
Atlantis. These creatures made it known that they wanted to be in total control of this
island.

There were other species that had the same idea so a battle between ships in the upper
atmosphere took place. After many years of this on going battle, those who became the
rulers of Atlantis forced the other species from the land and skies off the planet. Those
who were not forced off the land became servants of these creatures who presented
themselves not only as victors of this planet but also Gods to the beings on it.

Far across the great land masses to a beautiful island that was in the water to the west, a
different group of explorers came. These explorers were not like the light beings that
took over Atlantis. Instead these were beings of pure light, who's forms sparkled like
thousands of tiny bright white lights. They traveled each universe exploring and
experiencing all of creation as emissaries of the Creator. These unusual energy beings
traveled in a large golden and bright white light ship, that was as big as a large city.

Observing the beauty of this planet from outer space these beings found the island of Mu
to be very enchanting. Living among the natural earthly creatures of this land lived two
other extraterrestrial species that had chosen to make Mu their home. While on the great
island of Atlantis several groups of galactic explores constantly fought for the right to
reign over all the known land masses. Eventually the war ended and the beings began
breeding with the earth women.

After several years of very close observation of the island of Mu the beings of pure light
decided they needed to interact with the earth energies in order to truly experience its
grandeur. They knew that the other beings who settled on this island were of gentle spirit
and did not pose any threat to landing their ship on the island of Mu.
The island of Mu during this time was the perfect description of the garden of Eden. The
other two species of space travelers in this garden paradise were Eco helpers. They spent
time on different planets helping the vegetation and animal life to evolve and reproduce.
After a time they even bred with the creatures of Mu starting a race of small humanoids.
Their descendants in our present time are known as the caretakers of Mother Earth who
now live all around the world. Mu was a place that was in such perfect harmony that it
radiated energies of a balance order.

As time went by the beings of pure light realized that it was evident that they were
having a hard time trying to experience this material realm with their bodies of light
energy. It was decided that some would create bodies that would be able to walk safely
among the other creatures of this land. Those who made this choice fashioned bodies
from the elements they found on the planet. Once these bodies were created the beings
of pure light were able to just walk inside them as they animated the flesh and became
humans.

Some of the other beings of pure light after hundreds of years of observing their
companions in their fleshy form decided they would take this exploration a step further
by becoming the souls that entered the conceived embryos of those who had already
lived in the flesh and started to reproduce human offspring. The second generation of
humans on Mu of which I was one.

Those who chose to stay on their ship left behind small flying vehicles filled with seeds,
animals and other needed provisions for their friends to live their lives exploring earth,
while the others took off to the heavens. They remained in their ship, keeping constant
watch from afar, waiting for their fellow travelers to collect their lives on earth
information and leave the fleshy body to return to their natural state. Unfortunately they
were not prepared for the events that began to unfold hundreds of years later while they
were still in the flesh.
 Chapter Three
Remembering Mu

These original inhabitants of Mu, who came from the stars, also traveled through other
dimensions of higher vibration. These first inhabitants were highly evolved beings of
pure bright white light, whose vibration was one of pure love. They came from beyond
our known Universe hearing a divine call from the Creator. They kept their connection
with their planet of origin through special crystals that were encrusted in their third eye.
They were spirit first and flesh second, because they were not created from this world
like some other humans on the planet. The Lemurians because of their abilities to
teleport, travel through dimensions, astral travel and communicate telepathically made
land vehicles unnecessary, yet they had several space vehicles left by their companions
that would take them back to their Mother ship once their exploration was complete.

Each one of the beings of light, that came to the planet wanted to combine their essence
with the life energy of the planet. They came as spiritual emissaries for Divine Spirit to
experience the physical material realm. They were unaware of the magnetic pull that the
planet hand on the human body that would eventually trap their offspring in the flesh,
were they would be forced to enter a cycle of earthly reincarnations.

Lemurians lived in what we would call today a tropical paradise or the Garden of Eden.
They were primarily culturally vegetarian and an agricultural civilization that worked in
harmony with nature and the land, having little use for scientific technology. They lived
in harmony with all the earth and they did not do anything to disrupt the balance of
Mother Nature. The Lemurians understood the importance of the five elements: Earth,
Air, Fire, Water, Ether, and therefore worked with them as part of their daily existence.

The first inhabitants of Mu explored and learned from the land and the other humanoids
of the island as they became proficient healers and healed themselves with herbs,
crystals, sound and light. They were a very peaceful society. As vegetarians, they
worked in harmony with nature and all of its creatures. They found life so balanced that
there became no use for the space vehicles that their friends had left behind, so the
vehicles became non functioning after hundreds of years of just sitting idle. Little did
they know that one day they would have to service them again as they would be forced
by the Atlanteans to flee during the sinking of the continent of Mu.

The inhabitants of Mu concentrated their time in developing their psychic abilities.

Acquiring a physical body did not limit all their abilities because they were still able to
teleport themselves short distances and to move between dimensions and astral travel.
However some of these abilities were lost to their children and future descendants. That
is why they eventually had to rehabilitate the old flying machines to escape Mu during
its destruction.
The original Lemurians and some of their children were able to see the auras of all
living beings including animals and plant life. They spent lots of time meditating to keep
their connection with the Divine Creator, which would help them to walk the planet in
harmony and without any negative emotions. They used their abilities to heal animals,
other humanoids and plants as well. They developed astrology, numerology, creative arts
and instruments that made beautiful music. They cultivated many different species of
vegetables they brought from their home planet and the seeds left by their friends. They
eventually were able to create new species of plants by cross breeding them with the
plants and vegetation that they found when they first arrived on Gaia.

Every day was spent exploring and learning more and more about the planet and it's
vibrational frequencies. The more they became one with the planet the harder it was for
the first generation to want to leave, so they aged gracefully watching even the third and
fourth generations come into the world.

As time passed some Atlantean explorers found their way to Mu. These were second
generation Atlanteans who were the offspring of the mating of the first Atlanteans with
the daughters of the race of humanoids that had already been part of this world. These
Atlanteans found some of the Mu second generation women pleasing to the eye and
decided to visit the island of Mu on a regular bases. Eventually they even married of few
of these women, but mostly they became friends of all the island's inhabitants because
they found a peace on Mu that was non-existing on Atlantis. I can remember two of my
siblings marrying these second generation Atlanteans.

On their homeland on Atlantis all kinds of strange genetic experimentation were taking
place. The Atlanteans were trying to create the perfect slave race that would obey their
every command without question and would work until they dropped. They started these
experiments by taking the DNA of different animals and blending them to create a
hybrid of the two species. When they found out that they could not control these beasts
they took their DNA and began mixing it with the DNA of some of the humanoids that
were very primitive. This combination of genetic alterations produced all kinds of
creatures, like the creatures spoken of in ancient mythology. It wasn't long before these
creatures began to reproduce because the animal side of them was usually the dominant
gene.
My siblings that married the Atlanteans moved to Atlantis with their husbands and saw
first hand the evil that was developing on that island. After some time my siblings all
had children of their own. The ones on Atlantis along with their children felt sorry for
the strange creatures that the Atlanteans had created and were using as slaves. So in
secret they created underground labs to help remove some of the appendages from the
creatures to help make them look more human. But even as humans living among the
rest of the people they still were slaves to those light beings of Atlantis who considered
themselves Gods.

Chapter Four
Remembering The Mu Elders

The inhabitants of Mu were also known as the Lemurians. They were strict vegetarians
and did not consume meat or eggs of any kind so that they could kept the vibrations of
their physical bodies elevated. As sensitive souls they knew that what ever they ate
would affect them not only on the physical plane, but also on the mental, spiritual and
emotional planes. By not eating meat kept their vibrations high and kept their bodies
healthy, which allowed them to live many hundreds of years.

This was not the same with the Atlanteans who enjoyed meat and even required their
servant race to offer up burned sacrifices to them, because they loved the smell of burnt
meat. They were light beings who had the ability to change form and they used the
energy of burnt meat to keep this ability charged, like recharging a battery.

The Lemurians lived the law of one, of unity, service and harmony with all of life. They
were emissaries of the one true Creator and knew that the Atlanteans were not Gods. But
the Atlanteans did not try to conquer them because they could not understand where
their bright pure white light energy originated from. The Atlanteans knew nothing of the
one true God because they strongly believed that they were Gods.

The ancient Lemurians used their mastery of energy, crystals, sound and vibrations to
help the other creatures of the planet so they could evolve beyond the primitive state of
existence. This also became a means of healing which was necessary when they no
longer had a body of light energy and their bodies had become flesh. Their mastery of
using crystals to produce energy was how they were able to help the deformed creatures
that found their way to them for healing.
Atlantains began all kinds of experiments with the creatures on their island and the
environment. They were scientist and explorers who came to the planet for its wealth of
natural resources. They did not practice the law of one, but of service to self. They had
lost their connection to the Divine Creator and His divine plan. They used their
technology to interbreed the lower species of humans and animals that were already on
the plane to create slaves that would worship them and do whatever they commanded.
Some of the creatures they created were the mermaids, griffins, unicorns, satyrs,
minotaurs, dragons, cyclops, gorgons, banshees and giants. They were created as slaves
in order to mine the wealth of minerals and crystals that they had discovered on the
planet.

They also created technology to try and control the weather and to open up portals or
star- gates to other realms, after seeing the winged extraterrestrials who look like angels,
pass through them at the time of the great space war to own this world. They also
experimented with time travel machines. They destroyed parts of Mu because these
devices generated earthquakes and tidal waves and sunk part of the continent. With the
destruction of Mu, there was much weeping on Earth. Once part of the land sunk, the
continent know as Mu was renamed Lemuria, which meant little Mu.
The Atlanteans also tested a weather device that they shot into the sky. This caused the
earths second moon to explode. This affected the planet in a way that caused many
earthquakes and volcanoes to erupt. This did not stop their desire for control. However,
not all the Atlanteans were evil and thirsty for power and control. They did not agree
with these experiments that would eventually destroy Atlantis and Lemuria. They
befriended the Lemurian elders and got word to them that the Atlantean scientists had
built another device and were going to test it on a volcano to see if they could control its
eruptions. They also tried to manipulate time and space with machines they created, as
they were so determined to have total control of the planet. This last device caused a
pole shift, which completely destroyed both Lemuria and Atlantis.
 Chapter Five
Remembering the High Priestess

In the ancient land of Lemuria, the High Priestess was the voice for the messages from
the Creator. She spent her life in devotion to the Creator and listening to His musical
tones of instructions that guided the race of beings of light as they traveled from
Universe to Universe. As beings of pure light they were all able to hear His every word
across the vastness of space and time. But in the flesh body she was chosen to be the one
who communicated His words to the people because not all were able to hear His songs
while in the flesh.

She also taught the Lemurians their spiritual ways. The focus and intent of the high
priestess was to heal all separation in the grand temple in the corner of Lemuria. She
was a graceful sprite. The color of the veils on her hair denoted her high rank. She had a
special crystal that was encrusted on her third eye, which was a different color than
those of the other elders of Lemuria. This crystal enhanced her psychic abilities and also
kept her psychically connected to her home planet.

There were junior priestesses in the temple that used other colored veils in order to
differentiate their rank and since they were of the second generation they were not able
to have a crystal implanted in their forehead. Instead they fashioned head bands that held
a large Lemurian crystal in the front that when placed on the head the crystal would sit
directly over the third eye. I remember this clearly because I was a second generation
priestess.

The life of a junior priestess was committed to the ancient studies of the sacred ways of
the beings of light while also living in great service to all creatures. This was not a
forced decision but a blessing that one chose to follow because it allowed one to lessen
their karma which made reincarnation limited to only 9 life times in the flesh.

A priestess was the healer of Lemuria that would use the wisdom of their ancestors along
with color, herbs, sound and their crystals to help heal people and animals. When they
were used properly they would even be able to replace destroyed limbs by reconstructing
the energy field to recreate the damaged body part. They could do this with all the parts
of the body and it's organs except for the head. They learned the principles behind this
ability from the sea creatures who are able to regrow limbs.
 Chapter Six
Remembering the Great Healing Temples of Mu

The great Temples in Mu looked like Pyramids. They were made of the purest Crystals
carved from Mother Earth. These Healing Temples were created because the negative
energies on the planet eventually affected the Lemurians and created imbalances in their
bodies. These unbalances in energy sometimes made them sick. The crystals of the
healing temples were of the highest vibration so they had the power to heal. In these
huge crystal structures were crystal chamber like beds where a person would lay down
and spend hours or days in these centers depending on their healing needs. Inside the
temples were also beautiful gardens so that the patients could walk, sit and commune in
nature. Special high vibration food and water were always given to the patients to help
them with their recovery.

After the great flood the descendants who traveled around the world tried to duplicate
the chamber effects by building large stone pyramids with large chambers. But they
could not get the same affects as the crystal chambers. The crystal chambers of Mu were
in the pyramid temples with rooms that had vented tunnels that went up to the sky in the
different directions to bring in the rays of the sun. There was also a sub chamber tunnel
that led down into the earth to connect the energies of the planet with the energies of the
crystal chamber.

The healers would evaluate the chakras and the auras to see what needed realignment in
order to bring back their patient's energy field to good health. Each chakra had to do
with the different organs. They also found the mental and spiritual causes that brought
the imbalance in the body by helping them change their vibrations and correct their
thinking. In the Temples sound and color were also used effectively for the healing while
all the healers surrounded the patient and sent energy similar to Reiki. They worked with
the mind, body and spirit in order to bring balance to the patient bringing them back to
good health.
These ancient chambers looked like glass coffins but had bedding inside of them to
represent the colors of the chakras. The person would lay on them with small crystals of
different colors placed on the 9 chakra centers. Then the lid was placed on top as
vibrational frequencies filled the room with the sound of crystal chimes as a person who
knew the ancient art of tuning the chakras would pass a chakra wand over the person.
Then they would leave the room as the person laid there in the closed chamber in a
meditative state while the energies flooded the room from the vented tunnels. When the
wind blew through these vents and hit the chamber it sounding different harmonic tones
of harmony. When the person came out of these tunings they walked in perfect harmony.
The sounds that I remember were like those of the Hemispherical Harmonic Chakra CD
that Mother Crooked Arrow's son Hawk created.

The highly evolved citizens of Mu not only were they healers but they were also sages,
mystics, masters, visionaries and guides. They meditated, loved, laughed, played and
worked. Because they were still beings of light combined with flesh these original
Lemurians.
 Chapter Seven
Remembering the Crystal Skulls

The ancient Lemurians also brought the crystal skulls from their home planets. They
were a means of keeping in touch with their birthplace, like a projection visual tool.
Within the crystal skulls where all the knowledge and wisdom that they brought from
their planet, that could be used projecting a hologram on any surface to be viewed or
listened to by the elders. The skulls could also be used as communication devices that
could send messages through time and space from universe to universe or dimension to
dimension. In the wrong hands the crystal skulls were so powerful that they could
actually destroy a whole universe. These ancient artifacts were also used as teaching and
healing tools, to help enlighten the next generation.

Many of the crystal skulls were also used in their temples during their spiritual
ceremonies as the ancient Lemurians were completely tuned with each other, Mother
Earth, Nature and the Divine Creator.
The Lemurian Elders in charged of the Temple were caretakers of many different crystal
skulls. There was a Lemurian Elder assigned to each crystal skull because each one had
a particular use and energy and were very powerful. Each Elder had a special connection
to the skull they took care of and they gave them sacred names of power. New caretakers
were trained when an Elder retired so that the connection to the skulls could never be
broken.
The Elders eventually found similar stones and crystals on earth and were able to carve
new ones. They had developed the technology to be able to carve the stones with ease
and charge them with the energies of the original crystal skulls brought by them from
their homeland. However, the energies and the capabilities of these skulls made on earth
were never as strong and as magnificent as the original crystal skulls.
Among the crystal skull that the Elders brought with them was a beautiful Red Jasper
skull that grounded the sacred energies of the Earth. This particular skull worked with
the root chakra and reminded the Lemurians that all their needs were taken care of
always and that they would always be provided for.

A red jasper skull was also used in the Healing temples. When one of the Lemurians was
sick and their root chakra was unbalanced, it was used to restore the flow of balanced
frequencies in the body.
Another Lemurian Elder was the keeper of a smokey quartz skull. This skull was used to
communicate and bring information from higher dimensions. Smokey Quartz are said to
be the most intense stone to open the crown chakra and emanate light to the root chakra
as it also is a very grounding stone, so it helped connect ones energies to the planet's
frequencies for healing. This smokey quartz skull was able also to store information for
easier recall.
The amethyst crystal skull was used to enhance psychic abilities and had the gift of
prophecy. When used to meditate it cleared and opened the third eye chakra which
allowed the Lemurian elder, keeper of the amethyst skull to see the future. Since nothing
is written in stone the future can always be changed. It was called the crystal skull of
Prophecy.
It was because this crystal skull allowed the Lemurian elders to see, the advancing
devastation heading for Mu and Atlantis, that would be caused by the stupidity and
arrogance of the Atlanteans, many Lemurian and Atalntian lives were saved.
The Lemurians friends from Atlantis had also warned them of this impending
catastrophe regarding the sinking of Mu and later little Mu or Lemuria. Thanks to the aid
of the Atlanteans and the amethyst crystal skull this allowed the Lemurians to be saved
as race.
The rose quartz skull was the Heart of Mu. This crystal skull represented unconditional
love, beauty, peace, forgiveness and emotional balance. The rose quartz skull keeper
would use the skull as a healing tool to facilitate emotional healing, ease loss, calm
stress, relieve hurts and dissolve any negative energies that found their way into the
Healing Temples of Mu.
There was a second generation elder who was charged with the duty of keeper of the
temples and was caretaker also of one of the quartz crystal skulls that was guarding of
the temples.
Before the sinking of Lemuria the Elders hid the skulls so that the Atlanteans could
never misuse their energies or power for evil. Many of them went to North, central and
South America. To this date just a few Crystal skulls have been found in different parts
of the World. Many of them in Mexico, Guatemala and Belize. However, we cannot say
for certain if these skulls were the original skulls brought by the Lemurians or if they are
the skulls replicated by the Elders from the original crystal skulls. No one has been able
to access the skulls knowledge or power to know for certain where these skulls
originated. Some researchers claim that the skulls originated from Atlantis and the native
Mayan elders claim that they were brought from the Pleiades by their ancestors from the
stars.
The native Mayan elders have stated that these crystal skulls belong to their people and
that they need to be returned to them, as they are sacred objects of knowledge and used
for sacred ceremonies. So far none of them have been returned to the Mayan Elders.

The native Mayan and other native prophecies across the globe talk about a total of 13
crystal skulls that will save mankind from a terrible catastrophe, 12 crystal skulls and an
amethyst one. The prophecies state that when all are united there will be an era of peace.
The prophecies also state that all the evil will be eradicated from the world, the golden
age will come to earth and the ancients will return from the stars during this golden age.

However, the native elders also say that as long as people do not leave the material
world and live a more spiritual way of life in unity and stop destroying the planet, the
skulls will not be found. That is why these skulls are so important to the native Mayan
elders.

Some crystal skulls are in Museums. Others have caretakers who have taken them all
over the world where people have been able to see them in expositions, which to the
Native people is a disrespect to their sacred artifacts. Some psychics claim they have
accessed knowledge from these skulls and other people claim having odd experiences
when in the presence of these ancient skulls. Some of the skulls have been in the
presence of other ancient skulls and people claim to feel a very powerful energy
exchange around them.

Crystal skulls today fascinate people. Many are being made all over the world, some by
machines others by hand. Caretakers all over the world say they have special
connections to their skulls. Some have claimed that channeled information comes to
them through these skulls.

What we do know is the crystals and gemstones in general have been forming for
millions of years on our planet and have been used for thousands of years as adornments
for the body and for healing. Each stone has a particular healing property. Some healers
make elixirs made out of crystals and certain gemstones. When people drink them they
are supposed to help them balance the energies in the body and chakras and be healed.

Some of these stones can be very toxic so when elixirs are made they do it in an indirect
way by putting the stones in a sealed container and then putting the container in water.
The original Lemurian Crystals were first brought by Lemurian Elders from their home
planets to Gaia. Within them was the knowledge from the stars from which they came
from and from other dimensions. These crystals were of the highest vibrational
frequencies and were in the care of the Elders, The Keepers of the light.

Today there are no crystals that resemble these Lemurian Crystals. They were hidden
underground before the destruction of Mu for safe keeping in special sealed containers
in underground chambers around the world. The Lemurian Elders who were able to
escape, prior to the sinking of Lemuria, were able to hide them from the Atlanteans. The
Atlanteans were responsible for the destruction of Mu and also their own continent
Atlantis through the misuse of their technology. Mu was also called Lemuria and the
Elders made sure that they could never find these powerful crystals. The Lemurian
Elders knew that the Atlanteans wanted them for evil purposes because of their great
powers and that the destructive Atlanteans would use them for control and destruction.

The Lemurian Crystals which have been found so far in South America were crystals
found by the original Star Elders when they first arrived on Mother Earth, Gaia. Gaia
had a wealth of different quartz crystals and minerals. They knew that they could be
used as healing tools and to decorate their bodies. The Lemurians Elders had brought
with them technology from their home planets to make them as tools for healing and as
record keepers. These crystals possessed some of the knowledge of that ancient
civilization of Mu which were recorded by the Elders.

These less powerful crystals were used by the general population of Mu for meditation,
balancing and self healing. They also made them into jewelry to help balance the
energies in the body. However, their vibrational frequencies were nothing like the
original Lemurian crystals brought by the Elders from their home planets. When the
Lemurians could not heal themselves they would go to the Healing Temples of Mu so
that the Elders could heal them with more powerful healing tools and the original
Lemurian crystals.

No one till this date has found the chambers that contain the original powerful crystals
that were brought from the home planets by the first Lemurian Elders. Even today some
of the tribal medicine people around the globe use a type of healing knowledge of
crystals that were handed down through the surviving generations from Mu.
 Chapter Eight
Remembering the Mu Pets

Did you ever wonder where the large beautiful butterflies came from? Or why they
migrate to certain areas? It is because they are the descendants of Lemuria's original
butterflies with shimmering lights that were like beautiful gems flying through the sky.
These insects loved the attention bestowed on them by the Lemurians. They were very
large in size and brightly colored. There are many ancient Native American stories about
the butterfly and an ancient valley where the butterflies lived.

The first group of Beings of Light, the ancient Lemurians, brought the butterfly to
Mother Earth as one of the new species of insects. They brought this unusual creature
from their home planets. The butterfly was very sacred to the Lemurians as it
represented transformation and renewal. They believed in reincarnation and that the soul
was perpetual, meaning it never died. The butterfly was very special to the Lemurians
because it reminded them that life was a cycle of rebirth and death, which was just a
transformation from one state of being into another and that life was continuous
compared to the metamorphose of the butterfly. Just like when a caterpillar changes into
a butterfly. Death was compared to the pupa (chrysalis); it is the resting stage, then the
butterfly emerges out of the cocoon into a new being, which would be new life. This
could be compared to the soul emerging in the afterlife. Then the cycle commenced all
over again when the soul again reincarnated on the earth plane into a new body.

Because the Lemurians loved nature they kept their connection with energies of the
planet and all of life including the animals.

When they came to planet earth they brought with them some of their animal
companions. One of the animals they brought with them is the ancestor of the Koala
bear of Australia. This little furry animal was the equivalent to our pets. They were very
psychic little creatures who were very endearing to their owners and would
communicate telepathically with them. The Lemurians encountered different animal
species that were already on mother earth and many interbred who were compatible with
the animal companions brought by the Lemurians creating new species. Some
Lemurians migrated to Australia because it was formed after the first quakes and that is
why the Koala bear has not changed that much from their ancestors from Lemuria but
there is a slight difference. Their nose and color is a little different. The Lemurian
animal has a type of hair toff's around it's entire face where the Koala only has it coming
out of it's ears which makes it slightly different from the original animal brought by the
Lemurians as it did not mutate or interbreed with other species. In other areas around the
world other types of animals interbred and mutated into other species.

As I mentioned before the ancient Lemurians were vegetarians and did not eat animal
flesh. They had psychic communication with all of mother Earth's inhabitants. They
considered the animals, plants and minerals kingdoms their brothers and sisters. The
animals and insects were very spiritually evolved and were able to teach the elders
animal medicine which is still very powerful even to this day and which we can still see
in their descendants, our native tribes all over the world. Many still practice the ancient
teachings of animal medicine and use animal totems to help them in their daily lives.
Animals also became guardians to the elders. They often brought messages from Spirit
and the spirit world to help them in their spiritual development.

Because animals were attuned with mother earth they were able to give warnings to the
elders on the different changes in nature. For example, ants are very hard workers. They
live in colonies and support each other by gathering food, which they burrow underneath
the earth. Their success has been attributed to their social organization and their ability
to modify their habitats and defend themselves. They are very selfless and help each
other defend their colonies against predators. Their message is still good today, which is
to teach us about selflessness and cooperation.

 Chapter Nine
Remembering the Children of Mu

This Lemurian Elder was a second generation elder, born in Lemuria. Her name was
Hoku, which means Star. She was one of the 102 children of Mu. The story of the
Children of Mu is later discussed in this ebook.

Hoku was the second caretaker of the Quartz crystal skull. This responsibility was
passed on to her by the original caretaker who was one of the first Lemurian Elders to
have come to planet Earth. The Lemurian Elder had brought this particular skull from
their home planet.

This skull was a very powerful skull. It amplified energies and was a record keeper. It
could be compared to our computers of today, as it stored data. Because of it's powerful
energies, in the wrong hands it could cause a lot of damage. Quartz is still considered
today as a "stone of power"

As I mentioned before among them were clairvoyant, seers, healers, sages, mystics,
teachers, dreamers and oracles. They studied astrology, the arts, music, alchemy and
numerology. Because the healers worked with light, sound and crystals, the elder master
teachers had to pass this knowledge to knew healers who became their students and
apprentices. They taught their students in the healing schools how to work with these
energies using sound, light and crystals, so that new healers were available to use their
knowledge to help the population.
Children were shown from a young age how to use energy wisely, ESP and how to live
in harmony with nature and Gaia. The Lemurians understood that Gaia was a living
entity and that it was important to keep their vibrations in harmony and in balance with
the planet. These studies were given in each community and also in the healing crystal
temples. Their teachers also thought it was important to teach the children surrounded
by nature. These studies were spent in beautiful gardens with all sorts of animals and
living creatures. Many hours were spent in the gardens playing, laughing and singing.

Poula and Nyon were two of Maka and Paku's children in Mu. Poula and Nyon who
were 219 years of age when the flood waters came. From the time these twins came into
the world they were inseparable. Poula was the strong willed one and very protective of
her brother Nyon who came into this world 2 minutes after her. As they grew up they
both were interested in plant life and wanted to know all there was about it. So they
would go and study under different elders who were the caretakers of certain plants on
Mu. Together they became like a walking encyclopedia on plants. One studied the
flowering plants and the other study those that had no flowers. They studied every
species that grew on the island and knew all their properties whether they were just good
as food or if they could heal or kill. Because they did not specialize in one form of plant
life but became fluent in all plant life they soon were recognized by all of Mu as the
guardians of the plant kingdom. They were the true pharmacist of the day.

The second generation of Lemurians to be born on the planet had a little sparkle to them
but none shone like the first group who inhabited flesh. With each generation the light
went more inward as the flesh became more of a protective covering for the light body.
We still have these light bodies today but they are encased in a very fleshy body that
keeps them concealed from those whom may want to harm us.

There is a Hindu Legend that explains how our bodies of light went inward and how we
lost our divinity and connection to the Source, the Divine Creator.
According to Hindu Legend there was once a time when all human beings were gods,
but they so abused their divinity that Brahma, the chief god, decided to take it away
from them and hide it where it could never be found.

Where to hide their divinity was the question. So Brahma called a council of the gods to
help him decide. "Let's bury it deep in the earth," said the gods. But Brahma answered,
"No, that will not do because humans will dig into the earth and find it." Then the gods
said, "Let's sink it in the deepest ocean." But Brahma said, "No, not there, for they will
learn to dive into the ocean and will find it." Then the gods said, "Let's take it to the top
of the highest mountain and hide it there." But once again Brahma replied, "No, that will
not do either, because they will eventually climb every mountain and once again take up
their divinity." Then the gods gave up and said, "We do not know where to hide it,
because it seems that there is no place on earth or in the sea that human beings will not
eventually reach."

Brahma thought for a long time and then said, "Here is what we will do. We will hide
their divinity deep in the center of their own being, for humans will never think to look
for it there."

All the gods agreed that this was the perfect hiding place, and the deed was done. And
since that time humans have been going up and down the earth, digging, diving,
climbing, and exploring--searching for something already within themselves.

The smaller children of Mu did not receive there crystal head bands until they went
through the rites of passage at a certain age.
 Chapter Ten
Remembering the Wisdom Keepers

These ancient writings of the Lemurians are similar to Sanskrit. They also contained
information about all races and their history. These folders where kept in a great hall of
wisdom because they were so large it took both hands to open them.
These books of great wisdom are supposed to be in between dimensions in a great
library even now. They are shown from time to time to certain deserving individuals to
help them on their path of enlightenment.
Though the Lemurians still lived hundreds of years, sometimes even longer, they still
died. However, they did not suffer like we do today. When they felt that the time was
approaching they celebrated with their loved ones and friends in a special ceremony
called "The Butterfly Celebration" which was conducted by the Keeper of the Butterfly,
who wore a beautiful costume with butterfly wings during the ceremony. He also was
guardian to all the beautiful species of butterflies bread by the Lemurians in special eco
friendly rooms.
A lot of them were bred and then freed so that they could multiply in nature. It was a
joyous occasion where the life of the person was commemorated in a special ceremony
or ritual. The person dressed in very beautiful long robes with a butterfly in the back that
glowed. It glowed because of all the glitter made from tiny little crystal stones that was
elaborately applied into the butterfly. They gave away to their loved ones and friends
what they considered to be their most precious belongings so they were remembered.
After the celebration the person went into the healing temples into a special chamber
with a crystal bed. The person would be given a elixir that would just put them in a
calming deep sleep while the healers would pour out their energies and love and read
them the sacred texts until the person's soul left the body to go back to the spirit world to
await for a new body to be available, so that they could reincarnate again. The Elder
Lemurians when they went through this ceremony their fleshy bodies would disappear
as the light body went to another dimension. The other generation Lemurians had long
forgotten how to transform back into light beings as their ancestors had when the
ceremony was first introduced as a sacred passage rite of old age. Once the person died
the body was cremated with the rest of their belongings in a special ceremony just as
they do today in many other cultures, to symbolize the disappearance of the flesh body.

A very similar ceremony to what was done in the healing temples of Lemuria prior to
the person's death can be found in the Tibetan book of the dead, The Bardo Thtrl
which is a series of instructions on six types of liberations composed by
Padmasambhava. Actually it is believed that the Tibetans are also descendants of the
Lemurians who managed to escape the destruction of Lemuria and took their sacred
texts and knowledge to Tibet. The Tibet book of the dead was traditionally read out loud
to the dying to help the soul achieve liberation from the body. It guided a person to use
the moment of death to recognize the nature of their minds and souls, so they could
achieve freedom from their earthly ties. Once the person died the sacred texts were also
read out aloud to guide them in the state between death and reincarnation in order to free
them from the cycles of reincarnation and rebirth.

Death was like the life of a butterfly and it is was celebrated as such with a beautiful
ceremony. When an elder was ready to take that next journey they would take the drink
of liberation that allowed their light body to come forth as it released the fleshy vessel
that it had spent it's earth life living in. During this transition many butterflies came and
landed on the person giving their special blessing to the spirit as it began its next
journey. This was always considered a joyful ceremony of life not death for the life of a
light being was once again on its road of exploration.

When the continent of Lemuria sank, the high priest and priestesses of the Temples were
warned by friends in Atlantis of the coming cataclysmic changes. Not all the Atlanteans
had thirst for power and control. This is why many Lemurians were able to prepare
ahead of time and many were able to survive and take their knowledge with them. Those
that were not able to leave stayed with some of the Priests and Priestesses. These brave
High Priests and Priestesses volunteered to stay with the Lemurians that could not leave
and help them balance fear, which always comes with these types of catastrophic events.
When Lemuria was destroyed its people became the Tibetans, the Hawaiians, the
Polynesians, the Eskimos, the Mayans and the Native Americans. They became the
Record Keepers and caretakers of the sacred knowledge through oral and written
tradition.
 Chapter Eleven
Remembering My Parents of Mu

At first they were beings who sparkled like a thousand tiny lights, meaning that they did
not have a corporal body but a light body. There were other beings from other planets,
galaxies and dimensions that also came to experience life on earth. They decided that
they all wanted to come to experience this beautiful young planet in the star system
called Gaia, planet earth. Each one of the beings of pure light that came to the planet
wanted to incorporate part of their energy or essence with the life energy of the planet.
They came as spiritual ambassadors for Divine Spirit to experience this earthly realm.
They were unaware of the electric gravitation of the planet that would eventually keep
their descendents confined in the flesh where they would be forced to enter cycles of
reincarnation, birth and rebirth.

Maka and Paku were both Mu Elders. They came from far away universes and were
among the first group of beings of light to create fleshy bodies to inhabit as they lived
on earth.

They created beautiful rainbow necklaces that they wore to show the numbers of their
offspring. On the neck of Paka was beads that represented the first 50 children and the
middle piece represented the next to the youngest child. Maku wore light colored
rainbow beads that represent the next 50 children and her middle piece represented the
baby so together all 102 children were represented in their necklaces, because they
dearly love each one of them.

They are as they were then, soul first and flesh second, because they were not created
from this world in the beginning like some other humans on the planet. The whole story
about the fallen angels, hell and the devil grew out of religion and a way to control the
creatures of this planet. This control came from the dark energies that entered this world
upon its conception. It came from creation when the energy split in two, to form
substance. It lived alone on earth for a long time until it began to influence the growth of
the creatures on the planet. Scientists claim that man went through evolutionary stages,
but it was not without help. As I mentioned before, this was a planet where many
galactic beings came and had a part in the changes of the human life forms on the planet.
In the bible there is a reference to this as it says that sons of God found the daughters of
men fair and bred with these humans on the planet, producing offspring and another
species of humans were created. The bible goes as far as saying that they were giants
and called them the Nephilim. The Atlanteans had a hand in creating these giants with
their experiments.

The dark energy is part of the material plane for this is its true home. It is the energy that
has influenced the ego and instilled fear in the creatures of this planet. It is a material
energy that grew and inhabited the Atlanteans as they fought to keep control and rule
over this entire planet. It convinced them that they were gods who were to be feared and
they had no affinity with our Divine Creator who is a God of Love.
The first light beings, the Atlanteans entered this world thousands of years after this
energy took control. As time went by the dark energy realized that the light beings who
had come here knew nothing about the Great Spirit, the Divine Creator. So great was the
fear of the dark energy that it would lose it's control over the planet that it influenced the
humans to create religions. Through this fear it was able to portray the beings of pure
light as fallen angels forever bound to hell, which was their children's earthly
reincarnations. This was what it wanted for the all of the beings of pure light. It wanted
each of them to be trapped on this world and hence it would become their own
reincarnating hell forever, so these dark beings thought. Eventually through the
influence of this dark energy the humans took what they wanted and wars and battles
ensued. The more anger and fear grew on the planet the stronger and satisfied the dark
energy became. Eventually the galactic beings who were allowed to remain on this earth
formed a treaty and while some stayed within these guidelines others were forced off the
planet or destroyed. Because we were beings of light and harmony we did not fit into
any of these battles. The beings of pure light came to enlighten the planet not to own it.

Maka and Paku had been together for thousands of years as beings of pure light. They
chose to become life partners of the material realm so they could experience all aspects
of being in the flesh from eating to reproducing. It took one hundred years of living in
the flesh before they reproduced. The first 100 years were lived in understanding the
planet and its energy. They reproduced those who still were walking among them only in
light form and were waiting to enter the flesh and material realm through birth as their
children. It was an honor for the 102 to be the first to experience material birth combined
with light.

Maka and Paku both were very spiritually evolved. All the beings of pure light that came
to experience life on the planet had no karma. Their spirits and energy were of pure love,
not only towards each other but towards all living beings. They kept their memories of
their existence as beings of light prior to materializing a physical embodiment. They had
always been soul mates. They were very connected to the Creator, a connection we have
lost today. They even had the blessing of the Creator to come to this wonderful planet
called Gaia.

We do not remember our past lives unless we go through past life regression or
hypnotherapy because of past life karma and because if we knew about our many lives it
would cause us lots of trauma. We would not be able to learn the lessons we came to
learn. That is why we have no memory or recollection of our past lives. When we
incarnate on the planet we go through the veil, the veil of forgetfulness. It is only a
handful of people around that can consciously remember their past lives and these are
very evolved souls like Crooked Arrow who has told me parts of her story, she does
remember her past life on Mu and her previous life as a being of light and even her other
past lives which were only two.

As I mentioned earlier, the Lemurians lived hundreds of years. Death was very simple
then. Through the "The Butterfly Celebration", they said farewell to family and friends
and the soul just left the body while lying on a special crystal bed in the healing temples
and just reincarnated in a new one unless they were the original elders. Before they left
their bodies they already knew who were going to be their parents and when they would
be reincarnated. In between lives they were free spirits, free to roam the Universe and in
atonement and connected with the Creator. These souls did not have problem with death,
it was accepted as a part life and they understood that the soul was eternal, a circle that
had no beginning and no end.

Maka and Paku inhabited the great island paradise that is now known as Mu or Eden.
Take any tropical island paradise today and multiply it by one thousand and you will
have our beautiful continent of Mu. Because they were beings of light combined with
flesh they lived in harmony with our surroundings and practiced the law of one. Maka
and Paku lived in one of the small communities in the central area of Mu called Mundra
Laberinta, which meant Place of Wisdom. Each community lived in harmony with
nature and were vegetarians and humanitarians. They were able to communicate with
both animal and plant life. What you would call schools of learning were created by
thought projection combined with the material energy. Nothing was ever destroyed in
the learning process on Mu and everything was recycled because it came from energy,
unlike the inhabitants on Atlantis who took everything from the earth to create. The only
thing that can be compared to the image of Maka and Pakus village is Macho Picho.
They were very happy and enjoying this material experience unaware that their children
would be trapped here. Their style of dress was very simple similar to that of the
Egyptians.

As the healers and spiritual advisers of the community Maka and Paku gave guidance
and healed those that had created some imbalances in their bodies. They used their
energies, crystals, sound, light and herbs to balance the energies of the body, what we
know as the chakra energy system. Being from the stars they knew that this star system
vibrated with the frequency of its planets, so when balancing a persons energy centers
they always worked with the main 9 chakras for alignment. It was very rare that anyone
in the community had to go to the healing temples, except when it was time to depart the
body as the temple had special crystal beds that facilitated the soul leaving the body.

Maka and Paku had 102 children during their life time on planet Earth. All of them were
born on Gaia and were taught to live in harmony with the planet. They learned from
their parents about living the law of one and many of them became healers, sages,
spiritual teachers, high priests and priestesses on Mu and later in North America when
they escaped with many of the Mu Elders prior to the sinking of the continent by the
Atlanteans.

has found many of her children that were born to her on Mu. For their privacy I

My first born was Hawk. He was 298 years old. Next born was Teresa and JJ. JJ died
two years ago from cancer. This first set of twins were age 291. They both enjoyed
working with astrology, numerology and herbology. Next set of twins was Pia and Perry.
Perry died four years ago from AIDS. Their age at my death was 285 years old. Then
came Vickie and Zach. They were 279 years old. Next was Philomina, Simone and Ida,
my first set of triplets age 273 years old. Next came Kat. who was 269 years old. After
her came my next set of triplets Yusuf, Zack and Mark. They were age 262 years old.

Maka in this life time has also connected with some of the beings whom she considered
her light family and friends, who have also been trapped in this reincarnating cycle on
earth. Among them are her closest and dearest elderly friend Elizabeth, who was 96
years old and passed away just recently. Maggie who died a few years ago at the age of
75. Tony, the last time she heard from him was going into a nursing home at age 89.
Nelly who has become a dear overseas friend. Cecile who is another close friend in
Arizona. Maka's cousin Jan who grew up with her and has been close to her through out
this life time and the list goes on and on as more Beings of Light are remembering
Maka from Mu. Even some of her Mu grandchildren are starting to remember her and
their connection with her.
Maka and Paku were very proud of their children. In Mu everyone participated in the
rearing of the children, so Maka and Paku were not alone in raising their children. All
the children on Mu, just like the Mu Elders were born with very developed psychic and
telepathic abilities. From a very young age they were trained in herbology, how to use
energy for healing and the use of crystals, light and sounds to balance the energies of the
body. Music and the arts were also introduced at a very early age and the creative
energies kept them connected to the Source, the Divine Creator and the planet. Maka and
Pakus children were also trained as healers, astrologists, numerologists, sages, and some
were chosen as high priests and priestesses for the temples. This was a very great honor.
Those that became high priests and priestesses never married or had children as their
lives were dedicated to serve the Creator and to spiritually guide the Lemurian people.
Today we could compare them to a Tibet monk where they live a celibate life.

Part of the education of the Maka and Pakus children was about treating animals, plants
and mineral life with love and respect. Animals and even plants had a very special
connection and bonds with them. Maka and Pakus children were so psychic that they
had telepathic communications with the animals and plants. They were able to also see
their auras.

We as humans do not use all of our senses, they are hidden deep inside of us as true
beings of light. Also people do not open up to all their abilities because they are still
bound by the vibrations of fear that have trapped them in this state. They are also not
aware that they have not activated all their psychic abilities because of all the chemical
and mental pollution in our world today.

Animals use all their senses so they are very psychically aware. A clear example that
animals are very psychically aware is that they can feel and predict a natural disaster
before it occurs. All we need to do is look for the signs in nature and to our own pets to
know before hand when disaster might strike.

As I mentioned previously in the days of Lemuria, they were all vegetarians, everything
was grown naturally without pollutants and eating animal flesh was out of the question
as they practiced the law of one, that meant respect for all of life. Animals were looked
as beloved friends. Eating animal flesh came later, when karma was incurred because of
our disconnection to our Creator, the Great Spirit and when we entered karmic cycle and
the veil of forgetfulness.
The Mu Elders had many Atlantean friends who did not agree with the other Atlanteans
who were experimenting and destroying the planet. Maka had several being of light
sisters who had chosen to be her physical sisters on Mu. It wasn't long after the beings
on Atlantis began all kinds of experiments, that part of their experiments were to try and
control the weather and to open up portals to other realms. Being influenced by the dark
energies they were eager to control and manipulate even time. The first thing they did
was to test a weather device that they shot into the sky. This caused the earths second
moon to explode. This affected the planet in a way that caused many earthquakes and
volcanoes to erupt. This did not stop their desire for control. Soon the Lemurian Elders
got word that they had built another device and were going to test it on a volcano to see
if they could control its eruptions.

The Elders on Mu began servicing their old flying ships to save the people from what
was coming. They were able to read the signs of the planet and understood the signs
meant the planet was not going to allow this type of control.

Then one day a friend from Atlantis came and told the Lemurian Elders among them,
Maka and Paku, that they only had a few hours at the most to get everyone safely aboard
the ships. As Maka and Paku ran with their children to the ships, she was carrying her
baby child Tara and Paku was carrying Bella, the youngest of the children. They
managed to get the children all aboard the crafts when Tara cried for her favorite toy.
This made Bella cry also for her toys. Maka handed Tara to one of the Henrittes while
the other took Bella from Paku and together they ran back to get the children's toys.
When they started heading back they saw on a rock Sean yelling that the water was
coming. Apparently the Atlanteans had already fired their device into a volcano and it
caused water levels to rise in their area. As they both looked back and saw a 100 foot
wave of water coming, Maka yelled for Sean to get into the ship and take off. Paku and
Maka continued to run and got close enough to the air ship that was now hovering above
the land. They managed to throw the toys into the door and told Sean to leave. As they
both said their I love you to their screaming children the ship rose into the sky. Paku and
Maka hugged each other one last time and were swept away by the on coming tidal
wave.

Since Maka and Paku were ones who created their bodies from the elements, their spirit
light bodies immediately left the flesh as the waters changed the bodies back into the
natual elements. Their light bodies went directly to the awaiting ship of their people who
came down to the planet once they saw what was about to happen. On the ship they
remained awaiting their next chance to walk the earth again.
Only part of Mu sank into the ocean, which changed the name of our land to Lemuria
meaning little Mu. The part we called our home was what still stood. The small air ships
landed after the water settled down but fear had already kept everyone from leaving
completely. The fear that the dark energy had waited for would now engulf these beings
of light and trap them keeping them earth bound. Their family never knew fear until this
happened. The Atlanteans didn't stop there with their experiments. They were so
determined to have total control of the planet that they built an even greater machine to
control time and space. More than 10 years later again our friends on Atlantis warned
everyone of what was coming and this time they went aboard the ships with everyone
that was able to escape on Lemuria. Some of the high priests and high priestesses stayed
with those that could not manage to escape in order to keep their vibrations high. When
the Atlanteans finally tested their machine they caused a rip in the fabric of time and
space that caused Lemuria to finally sink out of sight.

Maka and Pakus family all managed to be safely board the flying ships. Some of them
headed to South America and others headed to North America.

The Elders of Mu and those that managed to escape that were born on earth are the
ancestors of the Native Americans of today. Native legends talk about the Mu Elders and
call them the star Elders because they came from all over the Universe from the stars.
We hear these legends also among the Mayan Elders and other ingenious cultures around
the World.

A personal and important note from Maka also known as Crooked Arrow as the end of
this story:

I was once a being of light living amongst what most would call the council of devas,
but not the Divine Creator God who even the devas venerate. Think of it like the
Greek mythological pantheon of gods of mount Olympia. We watched everything that
went on the earth for thousands of years. We beings of light were once flesh on earth
also, because we entrapped ourselves here to learn from the planet. We wanted to
experience all that this planet could offer. So we experience life as plants, animals,
insects and last as humans. As humans we kept reincarnating because there was so
much to learn and experience. Once those of us completed that experience we once
again ascended into our light bodies as light beings living in the upper heavens in our
light ship watching over the earth.
As a mother of the 102 watching them reincarnate over and over again, once a parent
always a parent as the energy was now part of my being and it was saddening
watching my children continue in this cycle. My heart went out to them and I asked
the Creator to please let me leave my heavenly state to help encourage my 102
children move forward to once again become beings of pure light before the planet
goes through its next purification cycle. I was instructed that I could not do anything
that would interfere with their will, but I could help shake up the information that
was deeply embedded in their spirit bodies. Information that would help them
remember their bodies of light energy, why they were on the planet and remind them
that it was time to move forward and reclaim their bodies of energy. This is why I
have not lead or taught anyone anything. I am not a leader, teacher, master or guru. I
am a spiritual mother wanting to lift up her children and I can only do it through
encouragement. I have been allowed to use the energy of this world as a means of
motivating.

That is why I encourage the road of creativity to all. It is part of this planet's
continual cycle of life and death from the plants to the insects to the animals to even
humans. And it is through this creative energy that the veil of illusion can be lifted so
that one is able to recall who they are. Letting go of the material world is only half of
the step of moving forward. One must understand the world as a whole. Every aspect,
every cycle of energy, what it is meant to feel and sense this flow of energy in order to
bridge the gap of the material to the spiritual, while leaving the human aspects of the
material trappings that control emotions and ego behind.

Even though fear and the chaos of time threw our spirits into a cycle of reincarnation
on this planet there would eventually come a time when it would have to stop. That
time is now! The more times you reincarnated the stronger the pull to stay in the
material realm becomes. You each are beings of pure light and your spirit longs to
complete your mission on this planet so you can once again return to the stars. As
energy beings you have within you the abilities that will connect you more with each
other and your spirit will remember.

You came here for the experience, you understand the planet and how to raise it to
perfect harmony. This knowledge is embedded into each of your spirits as energy
beings who once spread harmony throughout the universe. It is time to reawaken
those latent abilities and let go of the fear and chaos that keeps you from being who

Brief description about Crystal Skulls:

Ancients skulls have been found in parts of Mexico, Central America and South
America. To this date no one has really been able to tap into the knowledge and
mysteries they possess. Crystal skulls have been a mystery to mankind. To this date
there is much speculation where they came from and how they were made. There is a
native american legend that says that there are 13 skulls, 12 crystal skulls and one

"Max" 18 pound clear quartz crystal skull said to be have discovered in a Mayan tomb
and by a Mayan Shaman who later gave it to a Tibet Lama. Upon the Lamas death he

"Ami" an ancient amethyst crystal skull said to have been part of a collection of
crystal skulls held by Mexican president Diaz. It resides in San Jose, California with a

Since the early 1970s, a legend of Rainbow Warriors inspired some environmentalists
in the United States with a belief that their movement is the fulfillment of a Native
American prophecy. Whether the prophecy originated from a Native American person
may be known by only the author who first published the account, but the modern
source of the legend is a 1962 book titled Warriors of the Rainbow by William Willoya
and Vinson Brown from Naturegraph Publishers. Brown, who is attributed with research
supporting chapters on Hopi prophecies, is the founder and owner of Naturegraph
Publishers.

Lelanie Fuller Stone attributes a very similar prophecy to a Cree woman. Stone, who
says she is a non-enrolled person of Cherokee descent, reports a Cree woman told her

There will come a time when the Earth grows sick and when it does a
tribe will gather from all the cultures of the World who believe in deed
and not words. They will work to heal it...they will be known as the
"Warriors of the Rainbow.

In numerous retellings of Stone's account, the Cree woman was her grandmother, but
Stone does not make such an assertion. Folklore shared among attendees at Rainbow
gatherings has held since the earliest years of those gatherings that they are fulfillments
of a Native American prophecy, similar in verse to that told both by the Naturegraph
book and by Stone. The legend also inspired the name two of Greenpeace's ships, named
Rainbow Warrior and used in environmental-protection protests by Greenpeace.
In 1987, the legend of the Warriors of the Rainbow inspired an achievement-based
award system within the New Zealand-based Spirit of the Sword Youth Initiative.
