Product design changes as per the tooling feasibility issues by using UG NX .
Creating smooth parting surface, core & cavity extraction.
Calculating the mould parameters & developing ejection mechanism.
Saving the cost by means of time & product modification without affecting its Fitment.
Co-ordinate the tool design/ production/ processes to ensure on time delivery, Interact with the
customer for approval
Preparing Bill of Material of mould, plastic material selection.
Preparing 2D manufacturing drawings in UG NX and AUTO CAD.
Being a member of the group in Design Reviews with Customers & Toolmakers.
