GENDER EQUALITY
Gender Equality base on what I know equal treatment to individual
regardless to their gender. In fact gender equality is multidimensional and
includes several dimensions of gender relations in division of labour and
emotions.

An equal proportion of men and women at the workplace indicates

that the general requirements for the work acknowledge both womens and mens
potential.And an equal level and salary between men and women at a workplace
suggests that men and women have similar status and power.

People continuously unequaltreatment to the men and women, all

the people are being affected. Because men are believed to be the superior and
Women is destiney to be their servant.

The equality is an important issue that requires the proper

investigations in orser to find solution.Humans values and the socially
constructed process of developing values in humans.
 Stereotypically, women are known as the ones to stay home and
cook and clean while the men are at their jobs earning money.However gender
roles in society are constantly changing.

In traditional women ocassionally leave the work place to have

children always hangs over their heads such a something that is more difficult to
develop gender equality.Men Women are free to develop their personal abilities
and make choices without the lim
One of the actions we can make is to look on men and women the same
way, in terms of work and responsibilities . Womens that the ability of men can
also be done.and also the ability of women can be done by men .and it also that
they are treated eqully according to the rule.

The traditional ways ,men are said to be one who works and earns money
for his family while the women are the ones who maintain the house and taking
care of the children. But as of now , that we are in a fast face world , the women
can work for the family and the men are also doing house keeping.because men
some now are not graduating .

When we continue to change this stereotyping about men and women it

would be possible for us to make a better home and work.Free from unequal
treatment regardless of difference gender equally.

CHAPTER 1
Bakit madami ang naghihirap sa pilipinas? Alam nyo ba ito ? sa malamang oo ?
Alam nyo ba kung bakit naghihirap tayong mga Pilipino? Ano ba sa tingin nyo ang
dahilan bakit masaming mahirap sa pinas??? HINDI Ba natin isipin kung paano ito
sosolusyunan para ang mga mahiirap at hindi nakakapag aral na mga bata dahil
sa walang hanap buhay ang kanilang mga magulang .At higit sa lahat hindi sila
nakakain ng sapat.Tandaan porket mayaman ka ay habang buhay ka ng ganyan
walang permanente sa mundo.

STATEMENT OF THE RESEARCH PROBLEM

Walang ambisyon sa buhay kuntento na kung anong meron Karamihan kasi
sa ating mga pinoy?komportable nasa buahy mahirap.ganito lang ako. Dito lang
talaga ako .Ito ang kapalaran ko, kayatanggapin kona mahirap lang talga ako yan
ang mga katagang sinsabi ng mga tao kaya patuloy tayong naghiirp?
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
Gusto ko malaman nyo na di dapat mawala ang kasipagan at tatag sating
buhay.Dahil doon tayo aasenso sa pagiging masipag at matiyaga sa buhay.gusto
ko malaman nyo na kung bakit patuloy padding naghiirap amng pinas?
SIGNIFICANT OF THE STUDY
Tungkol ito sa kung bakit madami ang naghihirap sa pinas? Na patuloy pading
hindi nakakapag aral dahil sa kahirpan sa buhay? At hindi nakakain ng madalas.

RESEARCH QUESTION
Bakit madami ang naghihirap sa pinas?
Magbabago na ba ito kung magsisipag na ang mga tao?
Ikaw ba naranasan mo na bang hindi kumain sa isang araw o higit pa dahil sa
walang pera?

Ayon kay GAT JOSE RIZAL ay nagiwan sya ng katagang ANG KABATAAN ANG
PAG ASA NG BAYAN Sa mga suliranin natin ngayon , masasabing ang
pangunahing mababanaag ko sa mata ni JUAN DELA CRUZ sa pang araw araw nya
sa pag obserbasyon sa pakikisalamuha sa ating mga kababayn ay walang iba
kundi ang KAHIRAPAN. Ang kahirapan ay kaakibat nito ang pagiging salat sa
pinansyal na pangangailangan.
Ayon naman sa akin ang kahirapan ay dahil sa ating kagagawan, kawalan ng tiwala
sa sarili , mga ibang tao ay tamad .Ngunit ang ating gobyerno ay nagpapatupad ng
mga programa sa mga nakararami.
BACKGROUND
Bakit ba maraming Pilipino ang naghihirap sa ating bansa.Dahil dito kaya
maraming mga kabataan ang hindi nakakaranas ng masaganang buhay dahilo sa
kahirapan sa buhay. Sana lahat ng mga Pilipino ay magtulungan para naman
mabawasan ang mahihirap na tao.
