1.1 Purpose:

Today is an era of Internet. All the services very easily provided online. So in this
age of technology, everyone wants to link himself to the network of web. So while keep in mind
this idea, we deals our 6 weeks training parts with E-Address Book. E-Address Book is an
open Address Book over the network. With the help of this project any end user can maintains
their friends details over the network. In any place, he/she can see his/her friends details can
see it. In this project, first the new end user must have to register on this site. While
registration his/her username and password allocate. Then that allocated username and
password is used to go in their account. After registration, we can add new friend list, view the
added friend, update the details of our friends and also we can perform deletion process to
delete the details of our friends. With the help of this project we can access our friends details
anywhere.

1.2 Scope :

The project E-Address Book provides the following functionalities:

Add a new contact

Search a contact

Update a contact

Delete a contact

Display report

Show groups

1.3 Background

E-Address Book is an open Address Book over the network. With the help of
this project any end user can maintains their friends details over the network. In any
place, he/she can see his/her friends details can see it. In this project, first the new end
user must have to register on this site. While registration his/her username and
password allocate. Then that allocated username and password is used to go in their
account. After registration, we can add new friend list, view the added friend, update
the details of our friends and also we can perform deletion process to delete the details
of our friends. With the help of this project we can access our friends details anywhere.

2. Requirement

2.1 User Requirements

It is possible to add a new person to E-Address Book , to edit information about existing
person , to delete information.
It is possible to search entries easily & conveniently
It is possible to view individual person data as well as all persons entries at a time.

2.2 Functional Requirements

The Functional Requirements of the project are as follows:

To provide the functionality to person to view details of contact.

To provide login interface through which only authorized user can pass by.

The application provide contact the option to add the photo from any file in its pc..

This system should handle multiple contacts at the same time.

To functionally enable Contacts define criteria and create Admin.
