Underwent 6 month industrial training at Hella India Lighting Limited
Industry type: Manufacturing and Assembly
About: Its a German MNC, located in about 35 countries, which is a global leader of lights manufacturing.
With 2 plants in India, the company fully supports 5s.
Role: My training constituted my role as a Process engineer of the LED area of the company and also an
Assembly line. My project was the line management of the all the LED variants processes using
Time And Motion Study and also design and fabrication of fixtures to overcome customer complaints.

Underwent 4-week vocational training at campus in July-13

Manufactured stools and fences using our skills in Machining, Welding, Carpentry
Foundary etc.

Underwent 2-week institutional training at campus in July-13

Certified institutional training in software AUTODESK INVENTOR 2014 which include projects in designing
2D and 3D sketches.

Projects:

Integrated Project: Abrasive Jet Machining. (July-Dec.)2016

It is a non-traditional machine which use the stream of clean, moisture free air with the abrasive particles
to machine both metals and non-metals of precise dimensions.

Integrated Project: Temperature Controlled Fan. (March-July)2015

.Temperature Controlled Fan is a fan made using two very important concepts of electronics which are
Sensors and Circuits.

Integrated Project: Different Positions Of Lines Placed in Engineering Drawing. (Sept.-Nov.)2014

Understood the different positions of lines in engineering drawing and helped others understand the same
by making this project using AutoCAD.
