Jane: Hello?
Kate: Hello, Jane. This is Kate. So, did you go to Dennys party last
night?
Jane: Yes, I did. Why didnt you go?
Kate: I was sick. Im so sorry I didnt go! Did your mother lend you her
earrings and her boots?
Jane: Yes. They matched my white dress perfectly.
Kate: Tell me everything. Who was there?
Jane: All of Dennys friends were there. You know, I met a nice guy. His
name is Josh. He looked wonderful. He was wearing a white shirt and
jeans.
Kate: Really? Did you dance with him?
Jane: Well, I tried. My moms boots have very high heels. So I couldnt
dance! When we were dancing, I stepped on his foot five times.
Kate: Oh, thats bad.
Jane: We decided to stop dancing. Josh was very nice. He went to get
some Coke for us.
Kate: How cute!
Jane: But something terrible happened! When he was coming back, he
tripped and spilled Coke all over my dress. Then we decided to just sit
down and talk for the rest of the party.
Kate: Im sorry, Jane, but thats funny.

Hi, my name is George. I am eight years old and I love soccer. This is
my friend Tom. We play on the same team.
Every week we go to the park to train with Tom's Dad. He's our
coach. We are getting good at tackling.
