ASEPP considerations [*IMPORTANT. Read Carefully!]

You are free to design your presentation however you like. Including photos/videos
of your family and friends is a great idea to make your work interesting too. You do
however need to apply appropriate digital information security practices
because you are sharing personal information about yourself and others. You
should therefore choose the online platform in which you will perform this
assignment wisely. You should also value the rights and privacy of the individuals
you are to include in this assignment, and therefore ensure that consent or
permission is obtained from any person(s) involved (or their parents if they are
below 12 years of age). Where required, you may also have to take precautions to
protect the identity of these person(s). Any copyright images, photographs, or
other works that belong to other authors should be ideally granted permission of
use from the author, and will have to be appropriately and adequately attributed.
For any original work (individual items or the entire presentation), you may choose
to obtain a Creative Commons licence OR keep your work copyrighted, but the
appropriate labels need to be shown in your presentation. You will be assessed
on the components in bold based on the ICT capability learning continuum. Refer
to the rubric for more details.

If you are unsure of any of the above ASEPP components, please see me
promptly to get early clarifications. DO NOT wait till the presentation is
completed as it will be too late.
