The 4 Elements System has been designed with the ease of use for the end
user and trainee in mind. In general, everything is done for you, and you
only have to think about issues related to implementation.
Use a high quality media player. Jon Anxin recommends VLC media
player, because it will cover all types of multimedia formats used in The 4
Elements System

Step 2: Using The Four Elements Training
System for the first time
They say that you never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Similarly, you never get a second chance to have a first impression made
upon you.
Subsequent review and revision can take place at your own pace, and in
any order you choose.

Here is an over view of the basic process youre going through now,
along with further instructions.

Listen to the 4 Elements Xinyu Gong audio first. This is an important
first step in retraining yourself for maximum success, leverage and power in
the 4 Elements System. This material has been scientifically tested over the
course of multiple years on Jon Anxin, his students, monks, meditators,
martial artists, influential people and leaders, etc. and will quickly and easily
propel the rest of your training into the stratosphere.

Watch the entire video series. Watch in the following order:
a. Introduction
b. Earth
c. Water
d. Fire
e. Air
f. 4 Elements Standing Power
g. 4 Elements Boxing
h. 4 Elements Meditation
The video training component of the 4 Elements System will give you an
overview of the high levels of power and theory behind power in each of
the 4 Elements Quadrants.

Try The 4 Elements Standing Power (Stance Training). Create your
own standing postures, preferably Zhan Zhuang style wheel holding
postures, representing the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.
The basic hand/arm positions for each of the four quadrants should be:

Practice:
You can sub-vocalize this in the beginning as: In, two, three, four,
Hold, two, three, four, Out, two, three, four.

At this stage, rather than listening to the precision repatterning music, you
might want to begin training the basic xinyu or mind language of the 4
Elements for each movement while holding the static posture.
Here are the very basic Xinyus or Mind Languages that you should focus
on, and repeat mentally like a mantra while holding each of the positions (for
example, while holding the Earth posture, repeat the Earth xinyu):
Earth: I am solid.
I am calm.
I am disciplined.
Under pressure, I resist.
Fire: I am inspiring.
http://www.thefourelements.net
I am happy and positive.
I have confident presence.
Under pressure, I keep going.
Air: I am peaceful.
I am dispassionate.
I am perceptive.
Under Pressure, I get out of the way.
Alternatively, you can just put on your headphones (you need to use
headphones to get the full benefits of The Four Elements entrainment
protocols), and listen to each of The Four Element Xinyus while holding the
appropriate posture for as long as possible.

This is a basic wheel holding posture at the level of the Earth Qi Ji, or the
Earth Energy Machine.
Begin from the wai/praying hand position, and slowly and comfortably move
your hands down to the earth posture, and hold for as long as possible,
while listening to the Xinyu of Earth.
When you have finished, return your hands to the wai/prayer position, and
comfortably move into the Water posture.
This wheel holding posture is held at the chest level, or the approximate
level of the Water Qi Ji for as long as possible, while sub-vocalizing the
basic Water Xinyu, or listening to the Water Xinyu audio on stereo
headphones.
http://www.thefourelements.net
The Fire posture is held with the hands above the shoulders, and the palms
turned in towards the head or the Fire Qi Ji while sub-vocalizing the basic
Fire Xinyu or listening to the Fire Xinyu Audio.
The Air Posture:
http://www.thefourelements.net
The Air posture is held with the hands high above the shoulders and over
the head, with the palms turned inward while sub-vocalizing the basic Air
Xinyu or listening to the Air Xinyu Audio.
1. Warm up for several minutes with the 4 fold breathing. After the warm
up, you can just breath naturally during the exercises.
2. Hold each elemental posture for as long as possible.
3. While holding the postures, listen to the 4 Elements Xinyu Gong on
headphones.
4. While holding the postures and listening to Xinyu, begin visualizing
each of the 4 great energy machines. For example, while holding the
earth posture and listening to the earth xinyu, you would visualize the
earth energy machine turning counter clockwise (from your pov), and
http://www.thefourelements.net
gathering or collecting earth energy. While holding the water posture
and listening to the water xinyu, visualize the water energy machine
turning counter clockwise and collecting water energy.
Earth Footwork
Water Parries
Fire Punches
Air Neck/Head manipulation
At this point, you probably wont be able to do very well with the boxing part
of the system, but we want to quickly condition the connections between
Posture/Sound/Visualization/Energy.
None of these steps necessarily must be done immediately after each other.
For example, its possible that you might only have time to do one intro step
per day, and that is fine.
Youll routinely re-examine this material, and will write and rewrite your
answers, but its important to establish your starting point.

questions you might have, and to begin forging powerful associations
with others who are training in the 4 Quadrants Of Power.

Post boot up
After going through the boot up training for the 4 Elements System, spend a
minimum of 10 days to listen to the Xinyu audio suite and watch the training
videos again.
Step 4: Accelerate!
After the first 2 weeks of boot up and Post boot up training, you should have
a good understanding of the PSVE framework.

Step 5: Lift Off. . .
By now, youll have a firm understanding of the basics of The 4 Elements
Training System, and youre already beginning to notice rapid improvements
in your martial, leadership, strategic and meditative abilities.
