ELEPHANT

Elephants are the largest land


animal in the world. They are from
Asia and Africa. They are herbivores.
They eat grass, leaves, branches and
fruit.
An elephant has a big body with four
legs. It has large but thin ears and
small eyes. It also has one long nose
called trunk. It uses the trunk to lift
the food. Its skin is grey and hairless.
It has a short tail.
Their habitat is usually in the
forest or in the zoo. The elephants are
strong animals. They can carry heavy
loads.

The definition of descriptive text:


Descriptive text is a text which presents information about
something specifically.

The purpose of descriptive text:


to describe a particular person or thing or place
specifically.

The Generic Structure of descriptive text:


1. Identification: Introduce a particular person or thing or
place.
2. Description: Describing physical appearance, quality,
behaviour, etc.

Language Feature of descriptive text:


Using simple present tense.
Using adjective.
The use of has or have.

Social function :
Text which is used to describe a particular person, thing,
or animal.

Rose flower

Rose is Flower, many people like this flower because has smell fragant,
beautifull flower, etc. This flower usually used for love symbol. The colour of
rose are various. But, many people like red rose.

Rose is beautifull flower, because the colour are various they are red,
white,yellow and many more. But, some rose flower are scarce they are blue
rose, purple rose, and so on. The characteristic of rose are beautifull flower,
have smell fragant, have thorn in this stem.

Thorn in stem of rose be contained of poison it useful to protect rose flower

Celines complete name is Celine Marie
Claudette Dion. She was born in the town
of Charlemagne, Quebec, Canada, March 30Th 1968. She
start her carrier as a Canadian singer. She is the youngest
of 14 children. When she was 12 years old, her brother
sent a recording to a manager named Ren Anglil. With
his help, she released her first album in 1981, and her
first English album in 1990. In 2007, she performed a
show with Elvis Presley, which was arranged on the
computer with old images from Elvis shows. It had been
arranged for the TV show American Idol.
Dion first had international recognition in the 1980s. She
won both the 1982 Yamaha World Popular Song
Festival and the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest where she
represented Switzerland.
She has sold the most albums in the world for a female
artist. For that, she received a special World Music
Award in 2004. She has also sold the most French albums
with 7 million copies. Dion is the best-selling Canadian
artist of all time.
On December 30, 1994, Dion married her manager Ren
Anglil. They have three sons: Ren-Charles Angelil
(born on January 25, 2001), and twins Eddy Angelil and
Nelson Angelil (born on October 23, 2010). Angelil died
on January 14, 2016 from cancer.
She has twenty five albums ; 14 albums in French
language and and 11 albums in English.
