    GETTING STARTED
    In this section, the user will find the first and basic steps in the using of ICS-telecom.

    Two main procedures will be described, as :


    1. The Project: Creation of a project - Displaying the files - Management of Projects
    2. The Elements: setup and management of elements on the terrain

    These two essential steps having been followed, the user can carry out simulations and analyses of the network.
