Lesson Outline
Starter Recall prior knowledge (5 mins)
1. Teacher asks students whether they ever write a report to their friend. .
2. Students respond to the question.
3. Teacher states learning objective for the lesson.
Main Activity 1 (10 minutes)
Activities 1. Teacher explains the format to write a report.
2. Students copy down the format given into their exercises book.

Activity 2: Writing the report (20 minutes)


1. Students are divided into groups of 5.
2. Each group are asked to write a report and the paragraph should be at least of 100 words.
3. Every group is given 20 minutes to write the report.

Activity 3: Gallery Walk (20 minutes )


1. Each group will display/ put up their work on the wall.
2. Each group will rotate to observe the work of others until the last rotation.
3. The process is repeated until the groups back to their own station.

Plenary Exit Slip (5 minutes)


1. Students write the following on their exit slips:
- 2 things that they have learned.
- 1 thing they like about the activities.
2. Students are asked to submit the slip to the teacher.
