Notes
1 Rates quoted for all demolition and dismantling works shall include for carting away all unwanted
debris away from site.

2 If instructed by the client / Project Manager / Architect salvagable items dismantled shall need to be
handed over to the Client / Developer as may be applicable.

3 Contractors to note that during the works of dismantling of any works, if damage is caused to other
finished items in the vicinity either of other vendors or of the developer, the same shall be made good
at his own cost and time.
4 The Contractor shall take necessary precautions to ensure that during works of demolition and
dismantling nor damage is caused to any structural component of the building premises.
