Sullair, 102cfm / 25HP - Model AS 1808 AC SULL

SULLAIR make, stationary, electric motor driven, single stage, oil lubricated, Screw Air
Compressor Model AS1808 ( Air Cooled ), having a free air delivery of 102cfm at a
operating pressure of 8.6 bar and coupled to a 18 kW (25 hp) squirrel cage induction motor
with Star-Delta starter. This compressor will be equipped with Microprocessor based
monitoring control system.

SALIENT FEATURES OF COMPRESSORS:

1) AIR END:
 Decades of proven reliability are testimony to the Quality of the Sullair air end. Although
the principle of rotary screw compression remains the same, Sullair is
continually improving materials, engineering and design of its air ends and compressor
packages.

With Sullube lubricant a 2 Years warranty is provided on air-end. Recognizing that the key to
long life in a rotary screw compressor is the fluid that lubricates it, Sullair offers an advanced
compressed air system using a premium fluid, which protects the compressor so effectively,
that the compressor air end is warranted for 2 years.

Environmentally compatible:
Sullabe is biodegradable fluid that is recyclable. Low levels of Sullube carried over in
condensate may be accepted for direct sewer disposal without additional separation
/equipment. Contact local authorities for approval

8,000-hour fluid:
Sullube can operate for three full shifts for 8000 Hrs. Labor related to fluid change out and
associated downtime costs during this time are virtually eliminated.

Non varnishing: Because of its own unique chemical formulation, Sulube will not

compressors dual nested optimizer separator elements reduce fluid carry-over to less than
