APPOINTMENT ON CONTRACTUAL BASIS

Dear Mr. Rehan


This is with the reference to your application for employment and subsequent interviews
with the company. We are pleased to offer you employment in FMC United (Pvt.) Ltd. On
contractual basis for limited period at Khanpur Rahim Yar Khan for the position of
Trainee sales officer based at Territory Sadiqabad in a supervisory capacity effective
August 22, 2017.

This offer of employment is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. You shall report to the zonal Manager Khanpur or such other person, as may be
designated by the company from time to time.

2. Your appointment is purely on temporary basis and either party can terminate this
contractual employment agreement without notice. You having been offered the
appointment in the capacity other than workers will not be covered under the
labor laws, which are especially applicable to workers only.

3. Your gross monthly emoluments shall be all- inclusive Rs: 26, 000/- (Rupees Twenty
Six Thousand only).

4. Your compensation shall be subject to review in April of every year.

5. Contract period will be of one (01) year i.e. up to August 21, 2018.Renewal of this
contract, if required will be at sole discretion of FMC United (Pvt) Ltd.

6. You are entitled to avail 24 working days leaves during one year. Balance leaves
neither will accumulate nor encashed.

7. The Income Tax liability arising out of your monthly salary/payments from the
Company is your exclusive and personal responsibility. The Company will make
any Tax withholdings from your salaries as may be required under the Income Tax
law and other Local Regulations.

8. You agree to perform, observe confirm to such duties and instructions or as may
from time to time be assigned or communicated to you by the company which
from part of your job description/responsibility.
