Mr. Unger called the meeting to order at 9:00 P.M.
Mrs. Testa, seconded by Mr. Neyland to open Public Session at 9:00 P.M.

II. Appointment of Mr. Unger as Clerk Pro Tem

Mr. Unger asked for a motion to appoint Mr. Unger as Clerk Pro Tem.
Mr. Neyland moved, seconded by Mr. Manspeizer to appoint Mr. Unger as Clerk Pro
Tem.

Matters
Mr. Unger asked for a motion to move into Executive Session for matters concerning
union negotiations and legal matters.
Mr. Manspeizer moved, seconded by Mrs. Testa to approve moving into Executive
Session for matters concerning union negotiations and legal matters.

IV. Move into Public Session at 10:33 P.M.

V. Personnel Agenda
Mr. Unger asked for a motion to approve the Personnel Agenda as presented.
Mrs. Testa moved, seconded by Mr. Neyland to approve the Personnel Agenda as

Matters at 10:35 P.M.
Mr. Unger asked for a motion to move into Executive Session for matters concerning

Session for matters concerning union negotiations and legal matters.
