3. The Corporation filed a request with the Bureau of Customs for the amendment of the
Inward Foreign Manifest of the above shipment as follows:

4. The Corporation filed the said request for untagging of abandonment was the delay in
payment of final duties and taxes due to late remittance from our Principal in Italy.

5. Should the Commission on Audit (COA) disallow the release of the above shipment,
the Corporation undertakes to assume full responsibility for whatever liability and/or
financial obligation it may entail to the Bureau of Customs, the District Collector and
the officers/employees of the manila International Container Port.
