To whom it may concern:

I am pleased to recommend Armando Castro. I have had the pleasure of being Mr. Castros teacher for two
years and have witnessed his academic and social accomplishments and can attest to his growth in those
areas.

In class, Mr. Castro is prepared and participates thoughtfully, substantially contributing to a positive and
engaging classroom experience. He enjoys being challenged and takes criticism well using such
discussions to improve his work.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, he is also socially responsible and regularly volunteers at a
Loren Miller Park.

Mr. Castro is serious about his studies and career path, but is easily social. He is the type of student every
teacher enjoys having in class because he works well in any group, allowing others to find a place to join in
the discussion, yet can also focus well independently and has that natural initiative to move beyond
classroom boundaries.

I know he will take every opportunity in life to personally participate and engage others in progressive,
meaningful activities. Therefore, he would be a wonderful asset to any business.
