KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I, Manzoor Ahmed S/o Nawab
Ali Resident of Village Chack Fazil P.o Sariya Tehsil Kharian District Gujrat,
NIC.No.904030-110585-3 , called the Executant.
WHEREAS THE executant is the legal and lawful owner of Plot No.1577
Street / Road N-A Sector L , measuring ( 7 M ) in Bahria Town, Phase 8
Rawalpindi, Registration No.IDS-0663 , issued by Management Bahria Town ( Pvt )
Limited.
AND WHEREAS the executant is personally unable to look after and manage all
the affairs of the said plot therefore, the executant , do hereby appoint and nominate

his real Brother MR. Fayyaz Hussain S/o Nawab Ali Resident of Village
Chack Fazil P.o Sariya Tehsil Kharian District Gujrat, NIC.No.34202-0818836-5, to be
his true and lawful General Power of Attorney.
The attorney so appointed is authorized to do the following acts, deeds and things:-

1. To look after, manage and supervise the above said plot on my behalf.

2. To sell, mortgage, gift out , exchange, convey or transfer the above said
plot to any person, to receive advance money or full sale consideration
from the purchaser, to sign such sale or all other deeds and present the
same before Registration Department for registration, on my behalf.

3. To construct the house on the said plot, rent out it to any other person,
to receive the rent from the tenant, regarding the said plot on my behalf.

4. To accept the services of summons, notices and writs issued by any

court or office against me concerning the above said plot to purchase
stamp paper or to obtain refund of stamp paper and to defend me in all
suits and persue the matters in all respects.

5. To attend and represent me before all the Courts and Offices of Civil,
Criminal, Revenue, Corporation, Autonomous Bodies, Registration
Department and all other offices of Government and Semi- Government in
connection with the affairs of above said plot, on my behalf.
 6. To sign, verify, execute, submit or withdraw all sorts of applications,
statements, agreement, petition, plaints, receipts, to swear affidavit etc,
regarding the said plot on my behalf.

7. And generally to do all other lawful acts, deeds and things which are
necessary for the peaceful possession and lawful possession of above
said plot on my behalf.
