I intend to take a car/personal/ consumer loan from HDFC Bank and I am issuing post dated cheques as
per the terms and the agreement. These post dated cheques are issused from______________________
____________ bank,___________branch. I understand and accept the condition that the bank may,as
it's discreation dureing the tenor of the loan, request for replacement of change in the post dated
cheques provided. I also undertake to honour the post dated cheques provided to the bank from the as
per the terms of the agreement.
