-Young participants will improve and acquire different skills and gain
new knowledge and adopt positive behavior. In the period of the
exchange in Croatia and Italy the learning process will be the most dynamic, the most intensive. Knowledge, skills and attitudes which will participants acquire/improve in planned activities of the project Think and study GREEN: - Gaining of self-confidence and autonomy by active participation in all the project phases - Improving their ICT competences Participants will be using IT and other digital knowledge in creation of QR codes integrated in info-tables, development of documentary movie througout the whole project and exchange, development of other digital materials, such as information letter for the participants in the preparatory phase, power point presentations, preparation of the yearly eco calendar 2018/19 (editing, inserting pictures, using photoshop etc). This project activities will enhance learning opportunities and motivate young participants to continue using innovative Information and Communication technology tools in their future education and life in general. - Awareness of healthy life styles (nature and eco topics) A great part of activities will be held in the nature. Through the sports activities held at the lake of Bundek and Jarun ( treasure hunt, healthy food picnic Spremi klopu i zabavi se). We are aiming to develop the awareness of healthy eating habits, the importance of recreation and spending time outdoor, as well as taking care of the environment and other eco topics. Interpersonal, social and intercultural competences - Development of language and communication skills By participating in this project participants will improve their interpersonal, intercultural and social competences. They will develop skills of effective communication in their everyday life which will improve their relations with others. They will achieve higher level of understanding towards others, which will improve their abilities of dealing with people from different background. Participants will improve their language competences since the English language is going to be used. During the exchange and workshops , young people will have the chance to learn the basic words form the partner's country. (how to represent yourself and grret each other) as well as terminology connected with the topic of the project, through making multi-language tablets and through labeling plants with different names. - Teamwork skills they will learn how to study on a common topics and reflect on issues of common interest, how to work in pair and in team - Creativity and handwork skills Participants will develop their creativity through activities of making and placing birds'houses, painting benches and other activities that the project group of students suggested (making bookmarkers, pictures, and picture frames out of twigs and dry leaves, creating animals from the school park using the paper mache method etc). - Raise awareness on cultural differences - Learn how to be oriented in nature and how to read trail signs We will held sports games in the park and our school playground, we will organize interactive sightseeing of the town and other activities. Every day of exchange in Croatia and in Italy young participants will reflect on their learning process and evaluate the outcomes of it. During the programme the participants will note their learning points in e-learning self-evaluation diary downloaded on their cell phones, which will help them evaluate and express the new knowledge and competences that they acquired during the process in their Youthpass. The project aims to build a sense of value of learning, pointing the benefits from it and seeing it as a life-long process which is present in everyday life.
