This is a beta version of the Freelancingteams website, which is pre-release version of the
official release. The website, its software and all content found in the site are provided on an as
is and as available basis. Freelancing teams does not given any warranties, whether
expressed or implied, as to the suitability or usability of the website, its software and any of its
content.

The Freelancingteams will not be liable for any loss, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special
or consequential, suffered by any party as a result of their use of the website, its software or
content. Freelancingteams reserve the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the
contents on the site any time without prior notice. Should you encounter any bugs, glitches,
lack of functionality or other problems on the website, please let us know immediately using the
details provided in the contact us page. You support is greatly appreciated.

FREELANCINGTEAMS OVERVIEW

Freelancingteams is a marketplace, which allow users to buy and sell services and items.
The buyers and sellers must register into our system to fully use the services. Using our
platform the freelancers can join in groups, work together, and buy or sell other user services or
items. Freelancingteams does not have any contractual agreement with the buyer or sellers
except providing the platform facilitating the interactions. As such, Freelancingteams
marketplace has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the
services or the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of the sellers to sell
the items or services, or the ability of the buyers pay for the items or services. Freelancingteams
do not pre-screen or validate users, and hence, cannot assure that the buyer and seller can
actually complete a transaction.

Freelancingteams cannot guarantee the true identity, nationality or any other information
provided in the website. Hence, Freelancingteams is not responsible or liable for any
content for example, image, data, information, usernames, graphics, photographs,
profiles, skillsets, links posted by you, or other persons, or third parties on the website.
You use the Freelancingteams at your own risk.

USER REQUIREMENTS

ELIGBILITY

Freelancingteams are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years
and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and
warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is
accurate and truthful.
COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You
are responsible for all applicable taxes payable as a result of your activity on the Site.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidential Information means any information disclosed by or obtained from Client (project
owner) or other members in connection with the performance of services under this Agreement,
regardless of whether such information or data is in oral, written, machine readable, or other
form. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

(a) The Services, any Deliverable or Work Product;

(b) Any information relating to the services performs for Client;
(c) Computer programs owned or licensed by Client or other members;
(d) Compilations of information selected, arranged and processed by Client;
(e) Developments, improvements, processes, procedures, inventions and trade
secrets produced by Clients or its employees or agents;
(f) The terms and conditions of this Agreement and any Task Order; and
(g) Technical information, project data, project plans,
(h) Copies, fixed or embodied in a tangible medium or form of expression (brochures,
proposal materials, computer program listings, flow charts, coding lists, works,
data bases, manuals, documentation, tapes, disks, diskettes, and all copies
thereof) and any other proprietary information of Client.

WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

Upon receipt of payments and acceptance of the work product by the client (project owner), all
work product shall belong to Client, and hereby assigns all its right, title and interest in and to all
work product to the Client. As used herein, Work Product means documents and other
tangible materials, including designs, documentation, flow charts, memoranda, notes, reports,
records, computer programs and instructional materials produced by Freelancer as a result of
its work under a task order.

GENERAL

CHANGES TO USER AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to make changes to this user agreement at any time and for any reason.
We will alert you about any changes by updating the Last Updated date of this user
agreement. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the
updated user agreement on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each
such change or modification. You are encouraged to periodically review this user agreement to
stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to,
and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised user agreement by your
continued use of the Site after the date such revised user agreement is posted.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Freelancingteams.com reserves the right to either temporarily or permanently refuse service

to anyone at anytime. Freelancingteams.com reserves the rights to cancel unconfirmed,
fake or inactive accounts.
