Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for complete techno-commercial offer support for project enquiries.
2. Manage client base consisting of various International & Domestic EPC contractors, Turnkey
contractors & Engineering contractors or End-User and make sure for on time offer/bid
submissions.
3. Attend commercial negotiation meetings to close sales enquiries to orders.
4. Project specific costing of all budgetary & firm project enquiries. Detailed costing for high value
project enquiries.
5. Review & negotiate EPCC contract terms & conditions.
6. Monitor offer preparation status of application engineers team.
7. Preparing of strategic action majors to achieve set goals & implement action plan.
8. Arrange & execute Pre-sales activities like presentations, seminars & customer training sessions
for clients.
9. All necessary technical support for submitted offers.
10. Negotiating with KSB Overseas and various sub-vendors at pre-order stage for auxiliary systems
& accessories.
11. Discussion & co-ordination with KSBs world-wide factories for various requirements.
12. Responsible for maintaining profit margins of project orders.
13. Co-ordinate with application team to release order specifications to factory & various sub-
vendors.
14. Monitor document submission.
15. Attending Aanwidjzing, Kick-off meetings and etc with clients for project orders.
16. Ensure documentation approvals from various agencies like EPC contractor, Project
management & engineering consultants.
