Haven, FL is searching for a suitable location for an additional office in Osceola county. Former
teammate and Broker Associate Carol Platt, RCE, CRB, AHWD, E-Pro is returning to the firm and will
be the Broker for Crosby's new office. She brings almost three decades of real estate experience including
selling, lease management, and marketing residential, commercial and agricultural properties.

Prior to re-joining Crosby and Associates, Platt was the Chief Executive Officer for one of the most
prominent Florida REALTOR associations. During her tenure, the association grew from 1,500
members to over 3,000 members. Her family owns a century old pioneer cattle, citrus and sod operation
in St. Cloud, which has earned them two prestigious environmental stewardship awards.
