1.Description
LEDTECH Series LED Surgical Lamp choose High Efficiency Pure White Long Life
LED Bulb and Own Designed Multi-faced Reflection part to show perfect
Shadowless Effects. Such design increase the central illumination and focusing
depth of the lamp; it is perfect control the temperature increasing of operation area
without any measure of infrared absorb or barrier. The integrate sealed Streamline
structure of the dome ensure the laminar flow environment of the operation room.

The dome for illumination Spring arm for suspension the dome and make dome
balance or set any location inside the range The revolving arm is to hang the
spring arm and control the movement and position of the lamp The electronic
control system is for lamp controlling

2.Installation
2.1 Installation Condition & Parameter
1) The installer shall check the enviorment of the operation room if it meet the request
of the surgical lamp. The usual height of installation is between 2700mm and
3100mm.
2) Once the installation height lower than 2700 mm or higher than 3100 mm, please
notice the manufacturer for early customize.

3) Request the operation room have pre-install part of the ceiling.
4) Request the wire inside the ceiling in advance.
5) If the operation room have decorative ceiling, we request the pre-install part extend
to the position of the decorative ceiling and drill the hole of 380mm at the
installation location of decorative ceiling.

6) For special installation condition, please contact the manufacturer in advance for
special layout.
2.2 Installation Notice:
Please read the manual detailed during the installation:
1 Dont scratch & knock the PC cover of the dome.
2 The user prohibited to change the LED, it should be dont by trained engineer of
the distributor.
3 Please note the illumination will exceed the standard norm if 2 or 3 dome light into
the same operation area.
4 The surgical lamp is the hanging equipment, so please check the fastener part in
appropriate period to avoid any accident.
5 The surgical lamp should be avoided from the disturb of main power voltage
fluctuation; magnet; other equipment; shock; heat radiation; light radiation etc.
6 The lamp is prohibited to be shut down; modified without the permission of the
manufacturer to avoid any kind of security problem.
7 The standard life of Surgical Lamp is 10 years, the equipment should be
strictly scrapped after this period.

Details of Installation:
1Please consolidate the base on the pre-install part by screw after check the balance of
the ceilingExpansion bolts prohibittedDiagram 1

2Please connect the 2 sets of three wire(red,green,yellow-green) from the base with the
ones from the suspension arm.Tight the connection hat (Notice the same no. as 1 set)

and consolidated by 4 pcs of M6*10 screw(See Diagram 2)

3) Plunge the spring arm into another side of revolving arm and consolidated by 2 pcs of
M5*6 screw(Diagram No.3)

4) Shut down the screw from the spring arm, move on the protection part and put out the
steel piece. Then plunge the elbow of the dome into the spring arm, put down the
protection part and tight the screw.Diagram 4

5 According to the electrical diagram, link the wire with the one from electronic box in
220V(or 120V),tight the connect hat; put on the dust cover and the dust cover should
touch the ceiling and tight the screw.
6 Adjust the tight of the brake screw and movement range of the spring arm by
Hexagon Wrench until the revolving arm and light dome may location in any
position of the range and feel flexiable.
2.4 Inspection & Adjustment
1) Switch on the power switch, the power indicator of the control panel lighting, click

the button adjust the illumination to the right range. After the operation click

to switch off and shut down the power finally.

2) Rotate the focusing handle on the central of dome to adjust the focusing range,
take off the handle for disinfection. (Autoclavable) Click the button on the handle to
shut it down.
3) Once the fuse broken, switch off the power and take off the decoration dust cover
and electronic box for replancement.Please choose the fuse with the Order Code
indicate on the label inside
4) Once the lamp cant be located in any position, please check the installation
illustration No. 6 for adjustment.
5) Suggestion Clean the surface of the Surgical Lamp with wet fabric, disinfect by
Formaldehyde or Three Oxygen Agent Fumigation, then disinfect with UV radiation.
The handle may disinfect by either Glutaraldehyde or 134 steam by 20 minutes. If
any local regulation of disinfection clause exist, please follow.

The Surgical Lamp cant be used in the environment with Gas mixture of either Anesthesia-air or

3.1.1 Replace Fuse(Diagram 6)
1) Power down, if the fuse outside the Electrical Box burned, replace it.
2) Once the Fuse inside the Electrical Box burn, open the Electrical Box and
replace it.Note The electricity of the fuse inside the Electrical Box is

3.1.2 Replace SMPS(Diagram 7)
1) One the transformer of the SMPS broken, pull out the wire connected with the
transformer.
2) Shut down the screw which consolidate the transformer.

1) Open the Power Junction Box
2) disconnect the wire on the base.
3) Shut down the screw to replace base.

3.2.1 Replace Electrical Brush(Diagram 10)
1) Pull down the cover of revolving arm.
2) Once ensure the electrical brush broken, loose the screw and replace it.

1) Shut down the base of three core plug from the spring arm.
2) Loose the screw and replace it.

3.2.3 Adjust Screw of the Brake(Diagram 12)
1) The revolving arm may rotate around the central column by 360.
2) Use the Allen Wrench to adjust the screw of brake to ensure the right feel of the
revolving arm and the arm can be located in any position inside the range.

and Rolling Bearing.

3.3.3 Spring Arm Adjustment
1) Spring Arm vertical movement range 95and 360horizontal rotation.
2) Adjust Brake Screw by inner hexangular wrench to assure the Spring Arm can
move smoothly and can position well in horizontal level.
3) Adjust Weight-holding Screw by inner hexangular wrench to set the dome
vertical to the Spring Arm at suitable range. (Diagram 18)
4) Adjust Spring Arm Range Screw by inner hexangular wrench to set the Spring
Arm can move up and down at suitable range in vertical level.
