Sponsorship Packages

We would like to offer your company / institution four packages of sponsorship, which are :

Gold Package (P) Sponsor contributing 100% of total budgets. They are entitled to all
promotional items stated in the table below, from number 1 until 8 with all XL-sized.

Silver Packages (S) Sponsor contributing IDR 5.000.000, and above out total budget open for
sponsorship. They are entitled to all promotional items stated in the table below, from number
1,2,3,4,5,6 and 8 with all medium-sized.

Bronze Package (G) Sponsor contributing IDR 3.000.000, and above out total budget open for
sponsorship. They are entitled to all promotional items stated in the table below, from number
1,2,3,4,5 and 6 with all small-sized.

Individual Sponsor (I) Any donations (corporate merchandise or money whatever in value) will
be accepted. We will follow up the information about our event and send the organizing report
to your corporate. They are entitled to the following promotional based on agreement.

1. Baliho
Will be 2x3 m in length space provided for the company logo and it would be put at
Universitas Negeri Jakarta. We will display the baliho for 3 days.
2. Handy Banner
Will be 1,5x1 m sized, displayed and used during the Panel Discussion and Seminar.
3. Standing Banner
A mini standing indoor banner that would be displayed during the conferences.
4. Poster and T-Shirt
The company logo would also be attached in Paper/Poster Delegates and T-Shirt
Delegates.
5. Batik Bag
We will make Batik Bag and put the company/institution logo to the design.
This accessories will also promote the Indonesian culture Batik to the world.

Delegating Indonesians student in this international forum means a contribution to

academic community, practitioners and the wider community that has great potential to

Benefit for State University of Jakarta
Participation of academicians of Universitas Negeri Jakarta in international forum is
indirectly in run with universitys vision in becoming one of the world class research
University. Certainly, the participation of delegates in IYSCEE 2016 will giver many
advantages for Universitas Negeri Jakarta, because it is directly in line with Universitas
Negeri Jakartas achievement through international event. An other benefit, by

Benefit for Delegates

Our participation in IYSCEE 2016 will give many benefits to increase the knowledge, the
ability to discuss, argue, share the idea. Besides, we can meet and interact with other
students from various universities in Indonesia as delegation from their own universities
which have best reputation and experience that can extend the network, especially
meet with Nanyang Technological Universitys students. In the long term, we can
collaborate with those students to apply the concept of solving culture and educational
problems in Indonesia.

Sponsorship Explanation
Terms of Payment
1. There will be Memorandum of Understanding between the organizing committee of
State University of Jakarta Delegates for International Youth Singapore Culture and
Education Exchange (IYSCEE) 2016 and companies/ institutions which agree to be
our sponsors, about how to make payment and related issues.

2. In general, companies/ institutions which agree in becoming sponsor should pay

80% of the total value of chosen sponsorship packages before at least 10 days
 before D-day. While the rest amount total value of that chosen sponsorship
packages should be paid after the D-day. Companies/ institutions which agree in
becoming our sponsor will be sent the organizing report of Indonesia Delegates
attendance International Youth Singapore Culture and Education Exchange (IYSCEE)
2016 two weeks after the D-day.
