The production chain.
The production takes place entirely inside the company, allowing a careful monitoring of
all the processing steps. Every product is tested using pressure values much higher than
normal use andfinal checks are subject to strict controls. The result is that either the single
component or the finished product excel in both reliability and safety.
Attention to details.
In Zorzini only high quality raw material is used for production.
We master the finest details; no sharp edges, welding conforming to the standards UNI EN
287 and 288, mirror finish electropolishing, least roughness (0,6 m), monolithic gaskets
available in a variety of materials (epdm, nbr, silicon and fkm) and made to fit each single
model, without glue.

Certifications
The tightness and pressure resistance test is one of the key elements differentiating Zorzini products from those
of the competitors.
ISO 14001 Zorzini Spa is an ISO 14001:2004 TV certified company, respecting the environment.
ISO 9001 The reliability of the entire manufacturing process is guaranteed by the standard ISO 9001:2008.
All polymers and ingredients used for the realization of the compound of the gaskets are suitable,
