Esto explica que el profesor deba disear tareas que porten como
objetivos cada una de estas operaciones para que en el momento
de realizar la accin que se pretende que el alumno domine como
habilidad, l pueda ejecutarla sin dificultad; en otras palabras, se
trata de garantizar las condiciones necesarias para que se cumpla
este propsito; por supuesto para ello se tendrn en cuenta los
resultados del diagnstico, de forma tal que slo las realicen los
estudiantes que verdaderamente lo necesiten.

3. LA INTERACCIN MAESTRO-ALUMNO Y SU
RELACIN CON EL APRENDIZAJE
INTRODUCCIN
Los procesos de evaluacin de los que han sido objeto los programas
de formacin universitaria han puesto en evidencia que no basta
conocer sus resultados cuantitativos para advertir las causas del bajo
aprovechamiento escolar o para entender las diferencias de los
aprendizajes entre los estudiantes, y menos an para comprender
las diversas formas en que asumen su relacin con el conocimiento
o sus actitudes ante la enseanza y el aprendizaje. En tal sentido, la
investigacin curricular en las dos ltimas dcadas ha puesto de
manifiesto la necesidad de atender los procesos psicolgicos y
sociales, as como los factores contextuales que inciden en la
prctica educativa, que nos ayuden a comprender los resultados de
la formacin profesional.

Otra cualidad que, para los estudiantes, deberan tener sus profeso-
res, est relacionada con el conjunto de saberes que se tienen sobre
la disciplina, as como todo lo que est asociado a la adquisicin,
transmisin y apropiacin de su conocimiento. Como sealbamos,
no existe confianza en los estudiantes hacia quienes tienen la tarea
de instruir, si stos demuestran limitaciones en el manejo del cono-
cimiento en todos los sentidos.
