online. Purchase basic supplies and materials for
trainings online; assign expenditures to correct ILSSA or
KAP projects. Maintain supplies for training/workshops
and office equipment. Track supplies across projects and
maintain inventories. Package and send materials.

files. Retrieve and distribute mail. Verify account
numbers on STEPs employees timesheets, fax them to
appropriate personnel and send originals to STEPs office.
