Donalds hamburger meal would be the most nutritious choice. The least nutritious meal for me would be the one from Back Yard Burger.
27 The hamburger meals at Backyard Burger are 1550 calories. The recommended calories per day based on my age are 2300 calories. The
28 calories in that one meal is more than half of the calories I am supposed to intake per day. With this choice, I would gain weight at a fast
rate. In reality I would prefer hamburgers from Wendys, which came in second place behind McDonalds in calories.
