Press the Additional Functions key, 2 key, then 8 key, Additional functions
key sequentially.

To set up a new System Manager ID and password:

1. Press Additional Functions------->System Settings------->System

Manager Settings.
2. Press 'System Manager' and enter the name of the person who is to be
the System Manager.
3. Press 'System Manager ID' and enter the numeric ID of the System
Manager. Up to seven digits can be used.
4. Press 'System Password' and use the numeric keys to enter the
password. Up to seven digits can be used.
5. Press 'Next'.
6. Press the 'E-Mail Address' option and enter the E-Mail address of the
System Manager.
7. Press 'Contact Information' and enter information on where to contact
the System Manager.
8. Press 'Comment' to enter any comment for the System Manager.
9. Press 'OK'
10. Press 'Done' to return to normal mode.

Control panel password: user: Administrator , psw: password

Si usted no sabe la contrasea de administrador del sistema o bien, a continuacin,

puede eliminar la contrasea de Mons. del sistema en modo de servicio.

Para la Serie imageRUNNER-IR, y otras de color imagePRESS habilitadas para los
modelos imageRUNNER:
1) Entra en el modo de servicio pulsando [Funciones adicionales-2 y 8-Funciones
adicionales]
2) Seleccione [COPIAR]
3) Seleccione [FUNCTION] (Uno de los botones en la parte superior de la pantalla
LCD)
4) Seleccione [BORRAR]
5) Vaya a la pantalla dos de la pantalla LCD utilizando la tecla de flecha derecha.
6) Seleccione [PWD-CLR]
7) Presione [OK]
8) Pulse el botn de RESET dos veces para volver a la pantalla principal de LCD.

Esto desactivar la funcin de gestin de ID de departamento en la mquina (sin

borrar los identificadores y contraseas del Departamento configurados) y limpiar
(eliminar) el identificador de administrador del sistema y la contrasea.

Puede ser que sea necesario apagar la unidad y vuelva a encenderla.
