Job Description
I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
1. Responsible for Creation and maintenance of Capital by issue of Shares either through IPO
private placement or other methods for various business scenarios for the Group.
2. Understand and implement VAT.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting of Cash flow for the Group.
4. Support Treasury Department to monitor and manage corporate cash Flow on yearly monthly
and daily basis.
5. Responsible for arranging and managing short-term borrowing and short term investing.
6. Control cash balances and movement of funds for the Group.
7. Report cash operation activities to management using a complex Microsoft Excel forecasting
mode
8. Ensures the organization has enough cash liquidity to achieve its business objectives.
9. Recommend way forward on how to best utilize cash surplus.
10. Manage relationships with banks.
11. Develop and implement cash management operational strategies to optimize bank services,
assure best practices and optimize pricing.
12. Manage compensation for banking services including conducting analytical reviews and cost
benefit analysis of banking services.
13. Manage credit card processor relationships, and processing and settlement structures.
14. Design and implement best in class risk management systems and processes.
15. Develop financial models and reporting tools for analysis and decision making purposes.
16. Formulate suggestions to address complicated financial risk scenarios and situations
17. Monitor and comply with regulatory reporting requirements.
18. Monitor compliance with Company policies and best practice.
19. Manage other insurance-related functions such as claims, policy audits, due diligence
reviews, surety bonds, payment of premiums.

C. Ability:
1. Ability to read, speak and write in the English & Arabic languages in a clear and concise
manner
2. Ability to perform and manage the daily entry of the company's operating account activity
within the accounting system
III. EXPERIENCE:
8 years of experience in financial services, banking accounting and financial management in any
industry.
