Corporate Transcription of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. We are
conducting a research and documentary film about The Procedures of the
Administration Department in the hospital of the Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital as
a requirement for our subject in Medical Office Procedures (OAMT 3013).

To know the goals and objectives of Administration Department

To take videos and photos regarding the operation, process and facilities of the
