For the Project:

NAME: KINGKONG INDUSTRIES PC STEEL WIRE WORKSHOP
ADD: Plot No. A19/20, M-3 Industrial City, Faisalabad

The Contractor intends to subcontract the civil construction work of PC wire workshop and
Subcontractor wants to execute this work according to the following terms and conditions of this
contract as:

1. The construction work include the following works, site clearance, earthworks, structural
backfill, lean concrete, structural concrete, reinforcement, brickwork and cement plaster etc.

2. The period of all the works will be 25 days. The subcontractor should mobilize all necessary
equipments, machines, labor, supervisor and engineer to site.

3. The subcontractor will be responsible for the quality control of projects and time schedule. The
subcontractor should complete the project in time, if any delay, it will be deducted

4. The contractor will only provide the cement, steel, Chenab sand, gravel, aggregate and brick. If
the subcontractor can supply the material with the approved rate by contractor. They have the
priority to supply with the approval of contractor. The rate should include all the cost, such as
the loading, unloading and shifting to site for works etc. All the materials must be signed and
measured by the supervisor and contractor there as the proof for the payment in the future.
If without the signature of site supervisor and contractor representative, the contractor will not
pay for that bill.

5. The subcontractor will provide enough equipments, machineries, labors, shuttering, binding

wires and other related tools and materials to execute the construction which can satisfy the
contractors requirements. Food and accommodations for above mentioned person shall be
provided by the subcontractor.

6. The subcontractor should complete the construction work according the work schedule. The
liquidated damage will be 0.5% of subcontract price for each calendar day of delay until the
work is substantially completed.

7. After negotiation both parties have agreed with the rate for each work item as mentioned Annex
A. Refer to the Proposal of subcontractor.
Materials Price: Pure Chenab sand: 16Rs/Cft with normal invoice; Cement: 530Rs/Bag with tax
invoice; Aggregate: Rs/Cft with normal invoice etc. Other materials if required, subcontract
shall tell the rate of contractor, once confirmed by contractor, then can order.

8. When one item is completed, the subcontractor must report to contractor to confirm the quantity
and quality, if it is confirmed, then go for the next item. The work done bills will be paid by
confirmation of contractor. The contractor will deduct 5% from the bills of the subcontractor as
retention money. The contractor will return the retention money to the subcontractor after
2weeks if no any quality problems. If there are some problems caused by the subcontracts work,
subcontractor has to send the engineer to check and repair for it within 5 days.
9. Unless otherwise stated in the Particular Conditions:
the Employer, with the assistance of the CM, shall be responsible for
keeping unauthorised persons off the Site, and
authorised persons shall be limited to the Contractor's Personnel and
the Employer's Personnel; and t e p oye s e so e ; a d to any other personnel notified to the
Contractor by the Employer or the CM, as authorized personnel of the Employer's other
contractors on the Site.

10. Quality assurance system and compliance documents in contractors scope.
The contractors personnel shall have full access to inspect quality and measurements during
construction. After completion, subcontractor is not liable to rectify.
11. Any dispute or controversy arising out of relating to or in connection with this subcontract. The
parties hereto shall make their efforts to settle such dispute amicably.

In witness whereof the parties hereto have caused this subcontractor to be executed by their duty
authorized representative in conformity with their respective constitutions on the day and year first
above written.
