Job Description & Experiences:

- Direct, manage and lead T/As, supervisors, specialists, and sub-contractors during outages.
- Support Program manager and Project Support Engineer for outage related matter (development of outage
documents, customer meeting, resource planning, etc.)
- Develop field service outage document package for LTSA/LTPM projects such as:
1- Outage Planning.
2- Outage Execution
3- Post Outage.
4- Feedback and Improvement.
- Write and or revise Quality Management procedures when required.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
- Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties.
- Participate at the identification and resolution of technical non conformities.
- Prepare and write technical reports, technical procedures, quotations.
- Work as a OPM, TA, SUP, Tech when required.
- Assist regional offices and other Mitsubishi Hitachi groups as required.
- Instruct training courses for supervisors and mechanical specialists.
- Implement quality control procedures during disassemble, inspection, and assembly of turbines and related
equipment.
- Support the Program Manager in all technical, commercial and contractual matters.
- Review unit start-up and post outage operation data and abnormalities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with customer personnel.
- Manage outage implementation budget control.
- Done a lot of Outages ( combustion, Hot gas path and Major inspections) as Outage manager and
Mechanical Technical advisor.

- Mesaieed is a Qatar based IPP and I have to report to the Sr. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer My
responsibilities and achievements in Mesaieed are as follows:
Experienced in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ALPHA list preparation for all
plant Equipments.
Responsible for implementing effective equipment maintenance / overhaul of specified equipment in
accordance with all relevant company and vendor procedures so as to facilitate maximum reliability,
availability and safety of the equipment:
- 6x250 MW Frame 9FA GE Gas Turbine and its Auxiliaries.
- 3x250 MW D11 GE Steam Turbine and its Auxiliaries.
- 2x40 MW (black start) Frame 6B GE Gas Turbine and its Auxiliaries.
And Pumps, Circulators, Condensate System, Boilers (HRSG),Cooling Towers , Safety Valves, Air
compressors, Water Intake facilities and other Balance of Plant equipments).
Implement the safe and efficient maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in accordance with the
agreed maintenance and safety procedures.
Direct temporary contract labor so as to ensure safe and effective implementation of daily duties.
Responsible for installation and or modifications of mechanical equipment for use in hazardous and non-
hazardous locations, ensuring all safety regulations have been followed.
Purpose of the job is to provide support to the maintenance of all rotating and static equipment.
Direct, coordinate advice and technically support the team for day to day plant maintenance.
Provide field supervision in execution of any maintenance job
Coordinate with the vendors to procure Spare Parts and overseeing their activities.
Assist the Sr. Engineer for Maintenance Planning, Budgeting.
Fault finding and trouble shooting.
Lead the team and optimize the resources.
Handle any break down maintenance and Plant Emergencies.
Work on weekly maintenance scheduling.
Shutdown Planning.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Employed Cairo Electricity Production Company (Cairo north power station 1500MW combined cycle
project) as a Mechanical Maintenance engineer.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and Executing the maintenance planes of preventive , predictive , corrective maintenance for the
following equipments:
- 2 x 250 MW frame 701F Gas Turbines & its auxiliaries manufactured by MHI Company.

- 2 x 250 MW frame 9FA ( MS9001FA) Gas Turbines & its auxiliaries manufactured by GE Company. Gas
turbine (corrective, preventive, predictive) maintenance.
- BOP ( balance of plant ) including Pumps, Compressors, Valves and diesel engine
Engine.
